Went for morning brekkie. Didn't have to wait long, but place fills up quickly with drive through. Better if you order in.

As a Menulog delivery driver, every order from here takes at least 10 minutes or more to prepare

Is McDonald's still one of trustworthy corporations?

What you have seen on its promotion of ads just not honoured by two of four stores at Monash city area I've visited.with such inconsistent admin policy, I just stopped trusting McDonald's' ads, not anymore!

Besides, so much used-for-very-short-period-of-time packaging material, such as yellow paper bag and icecream holding cardboard, are all dropped into one rubbish bin, just like most of fastfood restaurants, they never prepared recycle bin.
Where is McDonald's corporate responsibility? !

I've never been so disgusted in all my life. So so unclean. Floor was putrid. Lemonade (self service) spilt all over on the bench and not wiped up. Barista's apron was dirty. Overall the restaurant was grotty. The restaurant was meant to be cleaned every 10-15 minutes, this did not happen. Overhead menu did not exist. Staff unfriendly. It took over 10 minutes for my meal to be served. The icing on the cake was URINE ON THE TOILET SEAT IN THE LADIES TOILET. This s a franchised restaurant. They were lucky I didn't report the state of the restaurant to the health department, a good case for food poisonng. The lockdown in May/June was a tier 1 exposure sight. If I was you I would not visit/purchase anything from this restaurant.

I'd give this McDonald's half a star if I could. So often we buy food from here and at least 80% of the time, the orders are wrong, missing items, cold and long waiting times. Even Uber eats with these guys is even worse. The food is super cold and again, order notes completely overlooked. Won't be going here anymore. Terrible.

Not often you get some hot food from Macca's.
But in this case it was hot. Wish the rest was like it

Really quick service and chips were actually full instead 3/4 like 3/4 of the other burger places around.

Very worst customer service and staff are very rude and they are not listening to the customer and they are busy in talking with each other.

Please avoid this restaurant.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. It took them 10 minutes to make a small cheeseburger meal.

Great McDonald's! They have now provided serve yourself drink stations. This is great as you can ensure that your drink is filled to the top and add the amount of ice you want. The carpark is the only horrible part of this location. Because they have a drive through, cars do a full loop and cause traffic jams.

This is easily one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I went there today and the gunk and grime on the floor was enough to make you vomit.the self-serve machines for drinks was spilling everywhere The food is never good and there is such a huge waiting time I understand being patient but waiting 30 minutes for a softserve is not okay

Fair time to wait for order. Can be a little slow late at night or at peak periods, but that's to be expected for a venue in demand. Always great food quality

Terrible! I live close by so convenience is great, however check what they give you before you leave the drive through! At least 4 out of the last 6 times I've NOT got what I ordered. The staff don't care, there's no extra stuff when you go back and what you did get is cold by the time you get home.

Just bought their new Parma chicken it's falling apart the roll is soggy so much sauce that's all l can taste. Disgusting

Staff don't take customer's orders now. You can only use the kiosk or the app. Other than that it's good. It's 24 hours which is great.

Great crew here. They make the best coffee and the food is always excellent quality. Always stop by if in the area.

I have been coming here everyday for the past 5 years for my coffee! Fantastic service, always friendly! The speed could definitely improve.

Staff talk loudly amongst themselves about their personal lives. Staff regularly ignore you when you are standing at the counter waiting to place an order, you need to get an employees attention by calling out to them. They seem to prioritise drive thru customers and ignore those that bother to get out of their car. I only go for the coffee (early in the morning) and it is the only thing good about this place.
