Told clearly not to put pickle in kids burgers still they couldn’t take it out even after acknowledging

Very rude staff. Visited there on 9/11/2021. Around 10: 20. Ask for extra hot chocolate then they gave me Luke warm and went back to let them know. That girl was so rude and started explaining to me the health and safety reasons why they can’t hot the milk more than 60 degrees reason milk itself getting heated up to 70 degrees. Stupid stupid how come milk going to be hot itself

Wow! Found a hair in my food and couldn’t even get simple customer service. Don’t even bother trying to call and get help with an issue with your order because they’ll give you sass, no apology and hang up on you and proceed to not answer your future calls! They took their phone off the line so not only did my call not go through, but nobody else’s would have either! Whoever is working there on the 26/10/23 at night need to learn basic customer service and hygiene. Disgusting!

WORST MACCAS! Rude staff, get told for no reason cant do a coffee order and stuck in the line to get nothing for 20 minutes, previously I received half of my order, paid 36 dollars and got 10 dollars worth on ubereats. Disgrace go to the Morris road one

It says 24 hours I came here at 2am and they said closed and I saw cars being turned through the drive through unprofessional hospitality staff not impressed

I’ve Ordered through Uber eats a couple of times and never get everything, the food is never fresh as well

I wander if they even bother to take orders for people coming in the shops, have to stand there for freaking 20 minutes to order one medium fries!

Ordered through Uber eats a few times and always something is missing from my order.
I then have to drive to the restaurant and get a replacement.
You would think for getting my order wrong they’ll offer a lil something as compensation. As the whole point of ordering through ubereats is to not get in my car and leave my house….
Also the delivery charges I incur and the extra fees you pay for each item, like come on. Use some commonsense or get the order right the first time. It’s not hard to read off a paper ffs….

Took half an hour to make my order or 10pc nuggs and 3 soft serves and took half an hour to even start making my order every time I come here my order is messed up

Ordered 2 X Med B&E meals only to be given 2 X Small drinks. Muffins were stale and hash browns cold.

I am very disappointed as in this has not happened once last time I came they did not give me my large chips and today their were two patties missing from my Big Mac and nuggets I tryed calling no one picked up
I am extremely disappointed.

Ordered a double quarter pounder and the bun was so stale, it was turning to dust in my hands, if you wouldn’t eat it, why would you sell it to customers, bloody disgusting and a waste of money

I wish I could give 0 stars. It is my local mcdonalds and I reckon 90% orders have been stuffed up. And if it's correct, something doesn't look right and will give you food poisoning. Literally order a shake and get a coke with no straw? I mean mate

I don't usually bother with reviews I'm just happy to get my order with out having to wait for ages. But more then a few times now I have left drive through without my complete order. I get I should double check the order before I leave however today I was asked to wait in the waiting bay and today even though I had a small order I was left without part of my order my son isn't happy and now I have to return to the store.

TAKE AWAY. NEVER TRUST THE CREW. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! ALWAYS MISSING ITEM and will ask you to come back to pick up the missing items!

This maccas is bad, it's not a drive through it's a drive in. Sorry guys in comparison to your neighbouring franchisees you need to step it up BIGTIME!

Ordered a chocolate Sunday. When I received it I was very very disappointed to discover there was less than one teaspoon of chocolate on the bottom. And the top had about 4 drops of chocolate.
