The tables and chairs are extremely dirty, it's difficult to find a clean place to sit.

Good location but staff are extremely racist, especially the Vietnamese McCafé barista on the floor. If you’re interested in cold food with blatant racism, give them a visit.

Those Sri-Lankan and Bangladeshi mangers are worst here. They don’t even know the basic etiquette to treat a person. Also i think other staff is also influenced by them as I never see any smile on their face when ordering. Even the other day, those Sri-Lankan manager was screaming on a women delivery driver and she started crying because she’s was waiting for 20 minutes for her order and they took out their anger on her. At least they need to know how to treat a person. If any senior-manager is looking. Please look into it.

It's junk food, what can I say. What I will say is how irritating it is that they charge the full delivery fee available, which is $7.99, and other smaller businesses do not. Considering the success of the company worldwide, how about not charging a fee at all, let alone the highest one.

Always very fast service and the staff work hard. However, it does get quite really busy and I’ve had quite a few incorrect orders. Food standard is generally pretty good.

Not sure how frozen my frozen coke was. Also not sure why this McDonald's has been left to two teenagers to run

I usually go after a night out, sometimes can get quite busy but that's standard for McDonalds, I always get fast service and food fast. They also have public bathrooms which are kept nice and clean.

Only used the male toilet facilities.
They are located upstairs.
The experience was mediocre but expected, the paper was the typical thin paper found in a McDonald's restaurant which wasn't disappointing as I accept this prior to entering a McDonald's restroom.

The toilet did need a quick wipe to remove excess urine but again this is normal practice. I don't recall a smell which is fantastic but it was very cramped yet again.expected.

Will get you out of a pinch but don't expect an experience beyond normal McDonald's restroom standards.

The high school students around the area do not have discipline. They really ruin the experience. I dont go there anymore due to the hassle of dealing with high schoolers blocking the entrance way.

A relatively small McDonald and they didn't make the best use of space. You will find yourself in the way of others a lot, and struggle to keep distance from other patrons waiting to pick up their meals. Wish they can renovate.

Seating area is not available due to Covid restrictions, only take away is available. Need to use self ordering screens upon entering the store.

Local McDonald, great location but not excellent interior setup. Especially stage 3 -4 lockdown period, the inside look very depressing, matching the image of unhealthy food.
Staffs are friendly and quick service.
The coffee is awful. Worse than many other McCafe. Pity.
They could have done better with such a prime location.

Due to stage 4 lockdown I was unable to go out late night, so ordered in ubereats. Worst food I received with less quantity ordered two mc flurry kit Kat ice creams hardly 4 spoons we can eat. Rang the store they where talking about the quantity procedure. Very disappointing. Big thumbs down

I get annoyed with this store because they clear the orders off the screen before they have made them and use printed dockets instead, so then when someone has ordered the EXACT same meal and drink as me they get theirs first even if they are 3 or 4 orders behind mine, because they can't follow the docket order anymore. Happened 3 times now. I presume it's so they look like they have good order times. Well it's not working. Should definitely send one of those secret shoppers here. Food and service is standard maccas.get what you pay for, consistency!

Food ok. Social distancing situation not the best due to the layout of the order screens. People in the queue not following the rules and staff members didn't give a dam. Won't go back!

Too many uber riders crowded in the shop all using the bathroom facilities. Many do not shop here but still use the bathrooms. The bathroom like many of the inner city McDonald's was dirty. The uber and food delivery riders seem to cause this problem often. Not good for a family to visit this McDonald's as it was not clean at all.

If you want to spend time with wasted and high private school kids at 2am then this is the Macca's for you.

The staff are nice but it is a very dirty store. The tables were filthy, rubbish everywhere and the "cleaning" cloth they were handing around / using between different staff members looked like it should be thrown out. The place looks like it needs to be scrubbed from top to bottom.
