Could be cleaner
Tables needed wiping down, I had to ask for it to be done.
Friendly staff.

Got 2 x big brekky burger meals. Food was hot and fresh, and didn't have to wait long. It's pretty basic stuff but most stores, if any, can actually do all three. Staff were happy and friendly- looks like they enjoy their job so that's why they do it well. Well done Glenny Maccas!
Hot choc could have been hotter- next time I'll ask for extra hot!

Teach those new employees of yours how to make a burger that has the patty at least on the bun and not on the other side of the burger with the cheese seemingly so off centre that a blind man could have done better.

Poor service on Tuesday night, ordered at around 10 just a burger by itself, was told to wait in the bays another car joined then wait for 10mins whilst 6 cars got their orders and went through. First time I've ever got out of my car at the waiting bay to see what was going on. Looked on to see staff just chatting to each other. They saw me looking then got back to work a few more mins later they brought my burger out. I drove off only to find out they gave me the wrong order and no free chips for the long wait. Will be going elsewhere from now on

Went through the drive through ordered a double quarter pounder meal with EXTRA pickles tell me why a burger that comes with pickles already had NONE super annoying the slip legit had “xtra pickles” on it paid extra to get rolled some people shouldn’t even have a job at maccas

I travell around a bit and have done work in many different Maccas at odd hours, as most places would be closed and only Maccas would still be open.
This Maccas have some of the best workers. Lovely service, felt like I was at an actual restaurant rather than a fast food chain. Would spend hours working here everytime I'm around this area.

Had a Menulog order glitch. Went to restaurant and they cheerfully, promptly fixed it up.

Quite a new mcD probably couple of years but can see not much maintenance done, toilet is quite broken.mcD fast food, just drive thru!

I'm not normally a person who goes to leave reviews, normally the service here is amazing regardless of drive through or dine in (pre-covid) but out of the past 5 orders I have have ordered and received 4 of them have had something missing. I understand in fast food it can be high pressure but please check your bags before you hand them out. I have had to go back 3 times out of the 5 to ask to have my order fixed, it's not the end of the world to have my order fixed but having to continuously go back to have it fixed is becoming quite frustrating.

Terrible service, not only missed my order, I had to explain to the same ppl 3 times before they get my coffee. Stood there 15 mins and no one even asked why.

Sorry for interpreting PRINCESS NISA'S day.
This absolutely rude girl lied to me about my order. And said that the manger called out my number. But the manger said she didn't.
Also PRINCESS NISA where was the rest of the order?
Then she slammed everything down on the counter like a LITTLE PRINCESS having a tantrum.
Maybe it was past her nap time.
You know how LITTLE 2YR OLD PRINCESS get when they miss it.

I understand your restaurant is busy but pls do the right to the order! I understand that is value for money but u can’t change our order without telling!
20pcs nuggets but only 2 sauce?
If you can’t do it! Pls don’t ask for choose the sauce when place the order!

I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s for the last 7 years and in the last 3 this place has been consistently the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. They’re food is always messily made and poorly packaged, the only thing you can say they do right is get the order to you fast. Their employers never seem to care about what the consumer wants and clearly don’t want to be there, which is understandable but makes for a dreadful experience. The screens used to order never seem to work (but thats just a McDonald’s thing I’ve found). Some of my recent experiences include:

Ordering a monopoly bundle and only received 5 out of the 7 stickers because the chips didn’t have any on them.

Ordered a barbecue beef burger where the burger was impossible to hold because the only thing inside of it was barbecue sauce

Ordered a happy meal and got a toy from a 2 month old promotion, that same happy meal also had the entire bottom covered in a sweet sticky paste, which would’ve been forgivable if the chips were in a bag like they’re meant to be, the bag was there but the chips were all over the place making almost all of them inedible.

I ordered a Mc spicy and the buns were different sizes

On multiple occasions I’ve ordered a McFlurry off of Uber and they give you the entire order but no McFlurry with no explanation. This is unforgivable I’ve worked in fast food, when someone orders an Uber order it shows up on a tablet, and you have to manually accept it, if you don’t have something you should either decline the order or call up the customer and let them know, possibly ask if they’d like anything else as a replacement.

These all are experiences from the last 3 months (yes I’m aware I eat a lot of McDonald’s)

I have also never once had a chocolate shake from here that didn’t taste like thick milk.

I’ve begun using the McDonald’s in Mount Waverley because this place is the definition of pathetic.

With the intention of congratulating my friends for a job well done for their exam, i walked to maccas to get six soft serve cones.cause i had to walk back to school, i know carrying cones wasnt a smart choice, so i asked the employee if i could have them in cups.she said it was possible so i paid for the ice creams.instead of some form of cup, they came out carrying ice creams in frozen cup lids (the ones with the serrated circle tops to insert straws). So i asked if she could just store them all in a cup instead.i felt awkward asking that as i knew she tried her best to accomodate my needs.she went to the back to ask someone if it was possible but came out telling me it wasnt.i was dissatisfied but i tried to work around it as i walked back to school.however, the ice cream had already started to begin leaking through the straw holes, this left trails of melted ice cream on the ground.i left them on a table so we could eat it, however the melted ice cream from the leak left a huge puddle behind.i wouldnt have been unhappy if they could just tell me my request wasnt possible cause they didnt have a cup for that, etc.instead they made little to no effort in satisfying my order.as someone who works in hospitality (as a server), this is never a way to serve a customer.maccas needs to understand when they can or cannot take orders.situations like this creates the image of bad customer service for such a huge franchise.

Staff try their best, but the place is frequently understaffed in the mornings, and coffee precision is all over the place; e.g. Some days the coffee is boiling (which is fine for long distance commuters) and other days the coffee is lukewarm.

Absolutely aweful. Ordered online to eliminate confusion
Half the order was still wrong, left to wait in the waiting bay (so expected fresh food) food was not fresh (wilted yellow lettuce) food was near stone cold!

Owner read this please, your indian manager was so rude, order a brekkie on mobile order this morning, when I tried to add more at the counter, refused to serve, kept interrupting me, very rude when I picked up my food. I don't understand why I received this bad service with rude manner. He should not work in your shop damaging Mc brand and your business.

I am furious! The obviously teenagers who think they have the right to decide to make tick tocks whilst i weight for my order! Unbelievable!
