McDonald's Frankston North reviews
58I ordered Large Fries about 3.30 it was busy but lots of staff. Fries were limp and barely warm. Sm Chocolate shake went looking for Chocolate part mostly unsucessfulAn older lovely lady cleaning up was friendly and open - hubby and I were both very very disappointed.
Rudest experience we have ever had. Was asked rudely to park for 2 ice creams and “wait 3 minutes” while they refilled the icecream with a dramatic eye roll. No apologies, just “park over there”
What a joke, the staff were so rude. When we asked for our money back, the manager turned around and said what’s your problem?
Then had to wait for our refund to come out as there was “other” cars behind us.
-10 for customer service.
This place is a disgrace.
Floors were covered in scraps. Service was slow. Food was OK. Asked if they had power points to charge my phone? Did nt know?
Then came back with yes. They had 4 power points.
If you find them amongst the filth on the floor.
Place should be checked by the health department.
Don’t waste your time here. The food is almost inedible and service mediocre at best. Pretty sure they’re not interested in improving either. Go next door to the Red Rooster, it’s so much better in every way!
Ordered a meal to eat in. Extremely slow service. Meal wasn’t on a tray but in a bag.
Fries were stone cold.
Won’t be back.
Order number 173
I live very close to this McDonalds so I’ve regrettably ordered from here more times then I can honestly count. Now I love Mcdonald’s, it’s almost always my go to and I’ve ordered from many different stores. Frankston North Mcdonald’s is without a doubt consistently THE worst I have every had. Consistently bad food with customer service not much better. Some of the things off the top of my head (just relating to the food) : almost always cold stale chips, half full chips, soggy chips with no salt, burgers with no patty, nuggets cold and hard as a rock, burnt nuggets, sundae half empty, sundae broken so all the ice cream smothers the rest of the food in the bag, missing sauces even when paying for extra, mysterious plastic amongst the lettuce in my burger, missing straws and spoons, Big Mac that overwhelmingly tastes like pepper, burgers with no sauce, countless orders with missing items and just the other day I was charged almost $6 for a large coke? It truly dumbfounds me how this place is still running. If I could take a complaint higher up I honestly would because something needs to be done about this place desperately.
To Frankston North Mcdonald’s—do better or do us all a favour and shut your doors.
I can't review the food because I went unserved despite waiting for the employees to finish their conversations with one another and serve customers.there were a few waiting and not much work going on. I gave up after 5 minutes or so and ate lunch at home.
Absolutely ridiculous called a week an half ago about a stuff up so I got a replacement.
Turns out maccas employees at this store need to learn how to read again same buger got replaced DOUBLE big mac with extra pickles got home and yet again a single with no pickles train your staff to read orders correctly of not hire new staff that know how to read
Ordered through delivery and driver was given wrong order by a different provider.contacted restaurant to be resolved and was told nothing they could do, blamed everyone else but themselves and a male manager spoke derogatory language to my partner who was enquiring. 30/07/23 at 12: 54am
"Sorry we are doing a system update we're not taking orders right now" everytime I vist no matter what the time after midnight.
Unexpected abrupt rudeness from one female staff at this Maccas-at the counter. I was polite, quiet, but confused with the MyMaccas app - needed help as I am new to the app. Great app. Me? - not so great online and on apps apparently. Anyway, help was not forthcoming. She was too preoccupied, and I was felt to be a nuicance, plus she just ignored me when I was right in front of the service register, she behind, but "busy" talking to a casually dressed member of public seemingly. Three times I asked her simple things- dismissive attitude. Surprised given the level of training that they receive. Maccas is normally busy but excellent. I left without my already paid meals x 2. So I lose in reality. But I wont go back here ever. My way to deal with it. Will make no difference to them and I realise that. Makes me feel better though
The menu is talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before
This McDonald's store should be commended, they've abidied by covid safe regulations and have kept it very clean and tidy. This store was very efficient and our order came quickly, after travelling from another busy branch. Staff were friendly and responsive, no order mistakes either.
Waited almost 25mins for a single chai latte by the time they gave it toe it was a cold chai latte. 4 Kids working in the place not a single manger who is capable to manage them.
Cappuccino was good but definitely not hot. I had to wait in the waiting bay for 10 minutes before it arrived and while everything else in my order went cold.
I was waiting at the counter to be served no one came, I said excuse me and hello and was ignored. It did not look that busy either. Teach these kids some manners, include manners in their training, to the kids who don't want to be there please do yourselves and us a favour and quit, I am sure there are other people who would take your positions.
Don't know where to begin. Find out for yourself if you want to wait for them to butcher the "cow" first.
Online when I was looking up the price for apple pie from mccs it said $1.50 each online so for 4 apple pies it should cost $6.00 but they charged us $12.40 so devide that by 4 it $3.10 and they don't give you your receipt at the first window where you pay and then you they say ask the next window and then when you ask the next window it's a duplicate
Drive Through is the sign out front and it is accurate, drive through and keep going, there is never any food. I have tried this place on many occasions and at different times of day and, after finding my way into the drive through, am told they are doing something called a system down or similar nonsense and cannot serve. As to the quality of the food, you cannot rate it as there is never any on offer. On the bright side, there is a Red Rooster virtually next door, a KFC about five minutes up the road, a couple of Asian venues across the road as well as a pizza place and a fish & chip shop. Go to one of those, they serve food. As to this McDonald's, they need to pull down the signs saying restaurant and replace them with clown demonstration signs, it'd be more honest.
Still using virtual augmentented reality technology thru drive thru and car park which is illegal. Might want to rethink that given you are meant to be a family restaurant. I would also suggest you explore the surrounding businesses as well we don't want dejavi experiences happening especially when the law is concerned! Food & Mocha were good!
