Waiting for pver 30 minutes for our order and each time they came out to the car to give us our order, they kept forgetting things. We left even though they still forgot my child's apple juice. Poor service. DO BETTER

Understaffed down to 2 people.

Shocking!
Rude staff who don't care.
Order was wrong. Fries were stone cold so we went back to ask for fresh ones. There was no apology and a long wait for fresh fries at 11pm on a Thursday night (not busy). After we finally got the replacement fries, some were hot and some were cold so pretty sure they just mixed the old batch with the fresh batch. Not good enough!

ALEXA the dirty worker had a darn aittude with me and she treated my burger with no respect and how do you mess up a TRIPPLE CHEESE BURGER MEAL HOW DO YOU ONLY PUT THE BUNS AND ONE MEAT PADDY NOTHING ELSE the others were nice about it but no Alexa

The nuggets I received were the oldest, most disgusting things I have ever seen. They were all covered in little burnt black specks, I don’t even want to know what it was. Totally inedible Of course no pickles on burgers, no sauces given, no napkins in bag. Bag was ripped at the bottom when we were given our order in waiting bay (of course). Also, the whole carpark was covered in rubbish! What has happened to the high standards & procedures that McDonald’s are supposed to have!?

Ordered two lots of 10 pack nuggets both were dried up and black bits on them which looks like the oil needs changing. Unfortunately got to Pakenham before we opened the meals

What a horrible experience.
Got to the kiosk to order didn’t get a print as the machine was empty.
Ordered three drinks…. Two cokes one ice chocolate.
Got the two cokes after 15 min the ice chocolate was sitting on the counter melting! I Told staff that the ice chocolate was mine they totally ignored me. I then told the same waiter for the second time that the iced chocolate was my drink! He said nope it’s not.
I Sat near the counter for 20 min while I watched my ice chocolate melt away! The same waiter grabs the ice chocolate from the counter and handed it over to me saying it was the wrong order number sorry!
I then looked at him and said you are seriously giving me a melting ice chocolate he said what would you like me to do. I said get me a manager please! He said why do I need to see the manager. I said I wish to talk to her. Meanwhile 4 customers waited with me to talk to the manager (Tash)! The manager was hiding behind the kitchen and told the workers to tell everyone that she was taking care of safety issues. I asked for Tash twice! I said this is how McDonald’s treats clients so disappointing absolutely disgraceful.
The staff member gave us the money back and said thanks. Just came out of the hospital after quadruple bypass.staff and manager made me and my family wait in pain. Didn’t have the decency to talk to us and basically told us to go get beep! Hospitality at its best. So thank you.
All I wanted was a iced chocolate.

I visited this store to do a simple drive through as a treat for my kids. Was told EFTPOS was not working in drive through and we would have to go inside.

I went inside, leaving my wife with our 4 children in the car. I ordered an M and M McFlurry, 3 nuggets, a chicken and cheese with no cheese or sauce, a cheeseburger with no onion or sauce, and two iced lattes, on with almost milk. This was ordered on a self serve kiosk, but it did not print out a receipt. I asked the staff member at the kiosks and she said I wouldn't need the paper receipt, just to wait for my number to he called.

I waited about 15 minutes before asking for an update on my order, one of the staff went to check but I never heard back from her.

After another 10 minutes another staff member asked me what my order number was. I gave him the number and he followed up, found the order was not filled and quickly arranged it all together.

I then went out to the car where three kids were very unhappy due to the long wait and my toddler had since fallen asleep. I gave the awake kids their food and found the chicken and cheese burger had cheese and sauce on it. I went back in the store to have this replaced. When I got back to the car my wife said neither of the coffees tasted like almost milk. I went back inside to ask and the staff member said the lid would be pushed down on the almond one, but one of the lids had been blown off by the wind when I walked outside. We then left, and my toddler woke up. It was then we realised there were no nuggets in the bag.

All in all, this was a very unpleasant experience, my family was made to wait in the car for over half an hour while this was all sorted, and our order was not complete. The manager did give us some discount vouchers, but they are only valid for that store and I have no desire of going back there again.

Not happy at all! Will never come back to this location! Ordered 2 double sausage and egg muffin meals in drive thru. They gave me single bacon and egg! Drive thru was busy so I went in to exchange it. Staff at the front didn't know what they were doing, customers were coming and going while I waited almost 30 mins just to get my 2 muffins! Which by then I had lost my appetite and my coffee and hash browns were cold! Can't begin to explain how unhappy I am! Wasn't even worth going in again to get everything freshly made!

NEVER ORDER UBER. They always miss food. It's never right. They don't follow the order because they clearly don't care. Cold fries, burgers, everything. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder they have a 3 star. Even a 3 is being generous

Understand people order specific food for dietary requirements. If you don't give the correct meal we can't eat it at all. When I order a bacon and egg I don't mean sausage a ketchup. As you got that wrong I couldn't trust that you used lactose free milk in my coffee

Amazing upgrade. The interior design is amazing and so is the playground.
Had to go in and eat because the drive through was too long. As usual there's a long wait. But we didn't mind. Kids loved the new modern style play area. And so did the bigger kids.customer service was great, too bad about the number of staff though. I would give you 5 stars but you really need more staff!

This place is coming up really great since the new renovations. They seem to have hired a lot of better staff too than what they used to have. Got served by a lovely young man named Duggan yesterday and was very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. The Standard seen at this Restaurant is what all of them should be aspiring towards. Thank you Duggan.

Sadly it was terrible customer service. First, we were stuck in the drive through for 10 minutes just waiting for them to take our order after multiple attempts to call them through the speakers. Then the girl taking our money was absolutely rude. Finally, a bald man was just as rude. The vibe was totally toxic, the way that man was talking to the other guy was horrible. Through this whole situation we remained calm and even thanked them, they didn’t care. After driving away, the large chips were half full and all floppy. They weren’t even fresh. There was two cars in front of us by the time we’re served the line up was huge! So we weren’t going back to ask for fresh chips. Like where is the care? The chips tasted oil logged and gross. Avoid this McDonalds, try another one!

Very slow service from this store. Food presented poorly and missing certain ingredients (e.g sauce).
Store very unorganised with spillages and food scraps on the floor of the kitchen. Management didn't seem to care.

Absolutely disappointed I ordered bigmac ml and waited 45 minutes to arrive, it was cold not fresh at all the chips was fully salty and wasn’t able to eat and they did not pick up the call when I called them it was waist of my time job waiting for the food and that probably will my last time ordering here

The most horrible drive-thru experience I ever had! Very slow in getting your orders and always end up serving the wrong food item, and they still have the nerve to put the blame on the customer for not looking at the screen. I’ve encountered so many times when they forget to put my sweet and sour sauce or serving me with only 1 frappe instead of 2? And they advised that I have only paid for one and expect me to drive around again as they can’t accept payment in the serving area? ! So you want me to wait for another half an hour or so for your mistake? ! Please try to improve this instead of being rude, we understand how busy you guys can get but at least be polite when you speak to your customers.

The burgers were cold and the fries were luke warm. They replaced them, but later another customer told us that her burgers were cold too. Not a good experience.

I ordered & paid for a large coffee frappe & large latte with 2 extra shots & caramel they obviously didn't read the docket because I received a medium frappe & a small latte & from the taste no extra shots, it took over an hour for my order to arrive & I was only 3 mins away! Thanks to Uber eats they refunded my money for Maccas mistake again!
