McDonald's Eumemmerring

At night there's only 2 ppl working so it's a longer wait then usual and if u go during busy times they are always forgetting something or getting the order wrong. But in saying that if you let the manager know they will always apologize and offer you to come back and get what is missing.

It is the third time we have tried using self serve and the machines do not work properly. Hopeless.

McDonald's Eumerraming visited for quick coffee. McDonald's venue was way below previous quality standards for stores in regards to cleanliness, atmosphere, and more important Customer Safety.
This outlet was sub-standard in every respect
1. No correct customer greeting upon check-in
2. Cleanliness - dirty store areas - tables not wiped, sticky with previous spilt food/drinks
3. FLOOR IN MCCAFE AREA WAS EXTREMELY SLIPPERY DUE TO LACK OF CLEANING. POSING OH&S RISK.

THIS outlet needs investigation by McDonalds Corporate.

Photos attached show state of McCaffe area. Cobwebs, dirty food / cake display counter, old wiring visible under counter, Extremely slippery floor exposing Customer to Slip & Fall Accident Risk.

Overall experience. Disgusting.

The WORST maccas. Goodluck getting through the drive thru itll take you 30min just to pay and youll still get the incorrect order or stone cold. Every. Single. Time.

Have ordered extra patties on a burger, only to receive the patties and no burger.literally just the meat.
Ordered a kids meal, only got the kids drink, again after waiting nearly 2 hours.
Ordered two chais with almond milk, got 2 chais and x2,2litres of almond milk.in cartons.

No delivery is no better.

This is the only maccas l have given a 5 star rating. Why?
Excellent coffee, blueberry muffin & blueberry bread. Friendly service and very clean establishment. Well done.
Just an update. Still, consistenly good service and great coffee.

Has to be the worst McDonald's I've been to. The food is never fresh, burgers and fries taste like they've been sitting there for a while. The service is not welcoming at all and it is mostly run by what seem like teenagers that don't care. The toilets are by far the worst thing about this place, I've seen drop toilets cleaner while camping.

Ordered 20 happy meals for a birthday. Service was fast and staff were so polite and friendly. Thank you so much!

Came to order inside around 7pm 9th of the 8th. Worker named Val was very professional, quick & efficient, positive attitude and smiled, got my order within 4 minutes.delightful experience.food was alright.

Lady serving tonight (7.30pm) needs a major attitude adjustment just an arrogant peice of work maybe think a career adjustment & also needs to learn how to count! Foods great though.

These guys almost always get our big orders right despite all the changes to the order (I.e. Steam buns, add Mayo, replace spliced onions for regular on the quarter pounder… haha). Management must be doing something right here.

This would have to be my favourite McDonalds. The staff are always friendly and polite. The burgers are freshly made and well presented, not slapped together like other McDonalds. The chips are also fresh and crispy.

My closest store is endeavour hills but I choose go a little further out, the food and frappe is always better here! Friendly staff and well organised drive thru service.

This mcdonalds is alright, but staff don't know how to wear masks properly and sometimes have them completely off at the front counter. Even trying to get a job here is hard. Friend of mine last year interviewed here, and the zoom call dropped off after half an hour (clearly a free call) and nobody on the call was ever replied to, not even to say they weren't accepted.

Food average, electronic ordering system, best I can say was poor, what was wrong with staff taking orders, coffee was not hot, hash brown was greasy and just warm, for what I ordered it was expensive rubbish, basically the burgers are a 100 times better at Hungry Jacks

Gone to drive through, asked for a double pattie quarter pounder. Charged for the double and received a single pattie quarter pounder. Didn't discover this till i was on the Monash freeway.

The staff are so kind and friendly. They take abit of time, but the food is perfect. I love eating there and definitely go come there.

Half the dessert items missing on the self service ordering, ordered one that was only to be told it was no longer available. Offered cold banana bread as a replacement.

My Macca's app thinks since they close the restaurant over night, that they're closed 100% this is NOT true. Please help me harass the app managers also they tell you it's the wrong location on the HELP/ FEEDBACK.probably why nothing is done

Food was hot service was great but there was a very oily slippery section in front of the main counter.

Usually plenty of seats inside to choose from, kids playground. Clean inside and out. Not usually a long wait in the Drive through.
