Lift your game! Absolutely apaulling service. Slow service and always getting orders incorrect

The bins were overflowing inside Nd out. Staff didn't seem to care.made no effort to even check on the cleanliness of this place

Surrounding restaurant tables were left uncleaned the 30 mins we were here eating. Long wait to get served at the counter. Had to ask for fries to be topped up as half full and no serviettes were provided so had to stand and wait to request for them. Playground very dated and small compared to other restaurants. Will not return ‍️

Sundaes didn't even reach the top of the cup. Bit light on. More ice cream pls. And yeah where was the fudge not enough of that either

Bad service coffee machine not cleaned always bitter got grand kids a mc flurry each only half full seriously really, though other stores fill them up, I only eat fillet of fish every time dry, staff obviously can see the his bit still up to you, well no more would rather drive cal gully or town, get your act togeather

Myself and my 4 year old both got food poisoning from chicken burgers. I called the store to inform them and they said “no worries thanks for letting us know”

Fast service, Although Eftpos machine at self ordering machines kept playing up so had to re do our order but stated at the end pay at register. Outside tables not cleaned

We used the "drive thu" facility to purchase a chai latte and cappacino plus an apple turnover. Staff spoke clearly. Quick service with a smile. A great experience.

Ordered a chicken big Mac and asked for bacon. Didnt get bacon in it even though had paid for bacon. Sauce wasnt in it either its on the side of the box. Not the first time they have stuffed up my meals. DO BETTER

Messed up our order and made us wait for 10 minutes in the bay just for drinks that where melted by the time we got them. The food was sweaty and greasy after waiting

Brought a meal and ice cream had to wait half hr and only end up with half our order and won't be back.terrible

So sick of order being wrong, realising when I get home and then being told ‘happy for you to come back and get it’

Very disappointed with the quality of the drive through speakers.
You would think in a pandemic when you are forced to use drive through it would be a high priority to have it working clearly for all, staff and the customers.

Worst customer service when I say strawberry they say coffee when I say egg they say bread when I say oggg they understand egg they can't hear me.

Friendly and fast service, but forgot to hand over coffee on collection. No instruction that it was coming and we left without. Was part of a egg and bacon meal between 3pm and 4pm.

That ginger girl with pig tails was very nice! Very bubbly and a delight to see! Lovely worker great experience

Was only customer in the entire restaurant at 4.20pm. Waited to be served for 3 mins, whilst being ignored by restaurant staff. Approached male staff member & politely asked to order, his job seemed to be giving out completed orders (no-one was waiting to pick up orders) & was told to wait in line (line nonexistent) at register side of counter to order. After waiting another 2 mins, the same staff member I first approached came to serve me. Attitude of male staff member was as if I was an inconvenience & he would rather be anywhere else but serving me. Would not recommend & will not return to this Mc Donalds.

I went through the drive through yesterday, 27/7/2021 at 1.48pm. My 7yr old granddaughter was excited as I promised she could order her food, which she did - 6 piece nugget happy meal with a chocolate shake. Order went well. Paid for a 6 piece nugget happy meal and chocolate shake. Then downhill from here. As we are driving down the road, I hear from the backseat Nan there are only 3 nuggets here. Nan there are no serviettes. Met dad 5 minutes away. Rang up McDonalds Epsom only to be laughed at by Manager that I was ringing to complain about the missing 3 nuggets and no serviettes. I paid for those nuggets and if you could remember what it is like for a kid who is having that for their lunch and who made their first order, which the whole experience was ruined, you would have shown some compassion. I then had to drive back to get those nuggets, do shopping and be at work on the other side of Bendigo by 3pm. You wasted my time and my money to return to pick up 3, not very fresh, not very warm nuggets. Thankyou so much. I think that you all need training and to realise your at work, you can have fun but be professional and do your job properly.

Disappointing beetroot has been removed from all burgers now.

You can't even pay extra to get it anymore.

15min wait from ordering to getting my order,
Hot drinks were all wrong.
I'm all for training young kids but McDonald's service is getting much worse and the food quality is poor.
