McDonald's Epping

Food & Service OK. Cleanliness of Tables wasn't happening fast enough. No Toilet Paper in the Accessibility Toilet was obviously unacceptable.

Same as other McDonald's around. Not a big fan myself but my son enjoys his nuggets specially. They do ok with service considering the amount of people they deal with, the age of the workers themselves and their number, usually not many.

The worst mc donalds i ever see in australia the manager go back after seeing customers and didn't come back young lady was trying to hide at the back.

Takes too long to get your order ready.
So many staffs but they are extremely slow.
Ordered chicken and cheese burger.which tastes very dry, you can only eat bread and chicken. LITTLE PIECE OF CHEESE almost no MAYO
Ordered iced coffe which also, tastes so poor.no sugar

The MANAGER on duty on Monday 9/01/23 at around 10am was sooo EXTREMELY RUDE! Unfortunately she didn’t have a name badge on so couldn’t get her name although I asked but she didn’t give it to me. I was there patiently waiting for my order even though I was waiting for more than 10min. This girl which calls herself a “manager” was so disrespectful and didn’t even apologize of what she did to me. Rolling her eyes when I said she was being rude. Is that the kind of manager you want to handle your branch? She thinks she can just talk to anybody like that!? She has no respect to customers! There were a few people there asking for their order numbers but her response was just rude. If she’s having a bad day then take a frkn day off and don’t ruin our day like that! If you hate your job, quit! YOU ARE RUDE AND SO DISRESPECTFUL! AS A MANAGER, SHAME ON YOU! YOU DON’T DESERVE THAT TITLE! Also reading previous reviews, if her name is Claudia, then I’m not the only person that complained about her. Seriously, being a manager doesn’t give you any right to disrespect anyone like that. By the way, I will be going back to check on her name and will complain directly to the director. Il

Time management needs improvement. Ordered a sundae at 19.31 and got it at 19.46. The staff member was doing the whole order but not passing it to customers. Im sorry but it just doesnt make any sense

The manager claudia was extremely rude. The staff told us we can get fillet o fish at 10: 30 while she was serving us the manager jumps in says no no we cant do this. She had no customer service skill. Will give a zero

I think McDonald's drive through need to put people on that listen better and that are more courteous, I understand that it's busy. Maybe if they got paid better, they'd be more inclined to be happier.

Living in epping from past 6 years and never saw any of the crew smiling.seriously. Kinda gave up now

The food was fresh and tasty as always however they need a couple more staff on during lunchtime and particularly during Christmas today’s order took a bit longer than what it should.

I am always admirer of McDonald's. But today, I didn't get happy when I received my meal. The outer cover was oily from side and bottom when handed over to me.stuff was just tucked inside forcefully. When I checked the meal inside, oil was dripping from hasbrown and it was sticked with paper firmly that it was difficult for me to eat. Then I discovered the stale smell in the chicken nuggets as it was so old it might make me sick. I am not sure, If I again visit the store or not. Staff was in hurry and they were not in the mood to listen extra stuff from anyone. Really disappointed

I ordered a quarter pounder with nuggets, i wanted to add fries but i could already see the cashiers face judging me and it made me uncomfortable, the cashier was a woman and was horribly rude and chewing gum.i food turned out decent.i would only go back if i really had to

Advertising fresher and juicer burger. What i got was a dried out hockey puck. Worst burger ive ever had at McDonald's. Go back to the old method. FAIL

Fails all Mcdonalds standards. Staff are very unpleasent. Long qait in queue due to been understaffed

Great food and prices all staff are more then willing to please customers. Love the food as it doesn't leave an after greasy taste like other kebab stores I've been to.

This is a restaurant in the beating heart of the food hall, Surrounded by many choices! The staff although extremely busy on the day I ate there it was an amazing experience, starting from the welcoming staff that took my order without fuss or confusion, even taking time to show me how the new app worked and all in the space of time of my order being ready. The food was hot and fresh, the only point is that they don’t have an order board to know when your order is done and with the noisy atmosphere it could create a problem.

This McDonald's in the Epping Plaza shops are only shopping business hours including some public holidays and not opened 24 hours.

This Maccas l have been to over the past 18 years and it has a constant stream of customers. It clean and the staff are extremely helpful.

Food is always cold and dripping with oil. If you ask for something to be added or taken off your burger, the staff always gets it wrong.
