I don’t get take out very often, but when I do, it is semi warm and half the fries missing in the container, very poor service, need to step up to the mark,

Rude staff, they don't want to work there and talk to people with no care. They need to be fired if you act like you don't want to work there leave rude ****s

Maccas has great coffee, and if you don't feel like cooking. MacDonalds is the place to go. The Maccas app has a deal every day. Friendly staff and easy fast food. Easy place to dine in and youvalways find a seat to sit in. I still like to order via a person (customer service), not a machine. They have both as an option for those who prefer it.

Paid for a sauce when I collected my food, they made me wait an extra 10 minutes just for them to hand a sauce over the counter. While I was waiting at the front desk I was ignored my every worker that walked past.

Order same food but price charge more. $3.10.maybe sunday prices up an down like petrol prices.confused.usually pay 20 to 21 dollars but today is $24.35 drive through

Stood at the counter for 8 minutes and did not get attended to. Not 1 employee addressed me as they went about their order filling. Nowhere good enough.

Good service here, l wish Sunshine would take a leaf out of their book, because Sunshine Maccas is the worst Maccas around

Had a chocolate Sunday. Took ages to get services and then received our order smallest amount of chocolate sauce placed on the Sunday I have ever had. Ask staff why and was ignored

My order from echuca McDonald's was disgusting, 3 aioli wrap meals, the salad looked as if it was 2 days old and only had bits of chunky white lettuce and the chiclen was like eating sand at the beach, and the cokes tasted like water. Not what you expect when you're paying $15 each for a meal.

Maybe we we came at a bad time (Saturday 6pm) but all I wanted was a large fries during a break in a long day's drive. The fries took 30 minutes. The counter crew appeared inexperienced and under-trained and the Manager took a long time to recognise the problem.

So rude.when i picked up my order i said thank you and she just looked at me and gave me a dirty look

In comparison to other cities, this one was clean and tidy.
Although they become super busy with providing delivery services. Which makes dine in or take away orders getting delayed.

If you want an order don't bother with drive thru they never get the orders right best to go in store so it's easier to get your food fixed when its brought out wrong

Not enough staff to cope with customers, they should have staff doing one job not trying to serve 10 customers at once. Waited 20 minutes for 10 nuggets.

Maccas was good, we do not like self ordering and there was only counter for contact with staff, will not go to a store that is totally self ordering!
An elderly couple had enough trouble ordering with a staff member!

Every single drive through visit has resulted in being parked, no matter what was ordered, for the last year or so. Occasionally the staff ask what was ordered after 10 mins waiting. Useless

Extremely conscious of covid regulations nevertheless I still felt comfortable eating in, because of the constant cleaning

I'm so sick and tired of ordering here and half the order is always missing, half the staff are just full of attitude and there is never a manager around, won't be back again there is plenty of other places to go with better service and who actually remember to give you your WHOLE order

The usual standard of food and a highly trained staff. Sadly I got there when it was really busy so there was a lengthy wait. Great position near a nursery and easy parking. I would allow a long time in peak tourist seasons.

Coffee was preped with sugar in both rather than sugar in one! When asked for a replacement, the barrister shrugged it off as a new batch of coffee, flung the old coffee into a bin and quickly made a new one and guess what? Yes it tasted fowl and was undrinkable. Not happy Jan
