McDonald's Eastlink Southbound

Fast service for a busier than usual store. As far as I know the food quality was passable (no complaints from the kids that is).

I was told it get a seniors discount but after some complicated mathematical wizardry, I ended up paying the exact same amount. Presto!

Disappointed once again. The chips were the left over before a new lot was put in. They were not only cold but tasted too salty. Not impressed at all.

Maccas food good, we had abit of trouble with lady who served us about what we get with app freebies. Didnt take in our suggestion maybe abit of time given we could of got better service otherwise nice enough

Got my order right, gave me a large chips when asked for a medium and the classic Angus burger was great!

Good service and food prepared well and quickly, all you can really ask for from McDonald's.

They earn extra points as it is often a veey busy restaurant, however, you are still served quickly.

Ok Macca's however I am not a fan of Macca's frys on the best of days, if they are hot, or at least taste as if they have been recently cooked I don't mind them, but the ones I got from here today are the worst I have ever had. They tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for the best part of a day. Having to wait in line for a good 10 mins because it was busy made me think we might have had some that had been cooked in the last hour but these obviously had been left for a long time. They tasted rubbery, cold, and old.

Got absolutely shafted. NEVER leave this place without checking your food! 7: 40am and I got a small cheeseburger meal and the breakky bundle. They didn’t even put one of my muffins in, and the chips were literally cold, rubbery and inedible! If it wasn’t on a freeway, we absolutely would have turned around! Absolutely unacceptable when it wasn’t even busy. Not only should the food be at least partially fresh, but you should also get the amount you pay for. I’ll never be back there, and I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there either!

As far as a McDonalds is concerned. These guys uphold the right. You want high cholesterol they got it. You want atherosclerosis these are your dudes. You want congestive heart failure by 40 these peeps have you covered. Nice salads though.

Well situated in the mall behind the service station, this outlet provides the usual fast food, coffee and newspapers. The self order screens work well. There are other fast food outlets in the mall for family members who want something different.

No where near as good as the northbound Maccas, this place is slow, dirty and we saw cockroaches running around.

It's a McDonald's if you don't know what your going to get by now you will be surprised by everything.

Table service for coffee should not mean a cardboard cup and no spoon. Edited the following day: Ordered a cookies and cream cheesecake with table service. 10 minutes later I had to go to counter to ask where it was. Was given cheesecake in a box. Everything is dirty - tables, bins, rubbish everywhere. Lesson learned. Will go elsewhere in future.

The burger had been thrown together and the outside of the wrapper was very greasy. The chips were hot, and fresh.

Even after a week, they still haven't got their cold drink machine working, nor did they have a sign advertising this

Really dissapointed. Food was good but no shakes as the Shake machine is broken and they dont know when it's going to be fixed? (low rating due to explaing said shake machine to two kids that this was a bribe to)

Returning from a road trip, we had breakfast from McDonalds. Placed order from the self service kiosk, requesting table service - every thing was served well as expected.

Service is pretty quick. The server on drive-through actually lets me order without constantly interrupting to check if there's anything else. Order was right.

Looking at the reviews seems like they never do frappes.they dont know how to handle good customer service either.like if you're gonna disappoint a customer you might as well go that extra mile to make up for it.staff need more training on that
also saw the chick load my fries t hen chuck some out which broke my heart no ones gonna complain about overload fries.

Hi all, i went to the east link southbound mcdonalds last week, on 12th of March at approximately 6: 32pm.i was served by a lovely young lady that went by the name "maddy". She was absolutely gorgeous with her blonde ombre hair and gorgeous metal braces.she was so caring and generous when handling my succulent chocolate milkshake, it was absolutely mouth-watering *insert drooling emoji* i will most definitely be back soon, thank you from the bottom of my heart:) absolutely superb.
