McDonald's Doncaster F/C II Vic

Terrible service. I ordered a meal and waited. My friend who ordered the same meal as me, at the same time got his meal whilst I didn’t. I waited 20 minutes before asking about it because I didn’t want to be annoying. I asked the person who was calling out numbers for food about what happened and he said “I don’t know, it’s not here” I asked him if I could get my food and he said “uhmmmmm” and then pointed to the manager and said that he would help me out. I went to the counter and asked the manager if I could please get my food and he said “look how busy we are! ” And I told him that the worker said that my order was not there and he replied with “would you like to get behind the counter and make your food? ! ” I stood back into the crowd and waited another 10 minutes at tis point I had been there for 30 and I reluctantly asked again. I talked to a different worker to ask for my food whilst showing him the bank statement and he got the manager and they refunded me with no apology whatsoever. I left with no food.

The person at the register wasn't helpful, they don't have a frappe machine, the full menu is nowhere to be seen (but that all McDonald's restaurants nowadays) and they got the drink order wrong. I was only there for my nephew but he said the food was fresh. It's in a food court at Westfield Doncaster so don't have high expectations.

I appreciate them tryna give me a replacement for the missing items and all BUT WHICH PSYCHOPATH THJNKS I WANT TWO VANILLA COKES AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR MY CARAMEL SUNDAE I was off my munchies n all I nearly went into a psychotic rage what is wrong with you like a frappe or a pie or something yk good but a Vanilla Coke you nasty who even likes those

This is the worst McDonald's in Melbourne. They don't do frappes, and their icecream machine constantly breaks down.

Double check your order before you leave the bar&drive away, those Alzheimer staffs ALWAYS forget to put right number items food in your takeaway bag.

Always missing and forgetting orders. Tried asking for books for the happy meals for the last two years but never in stock.

This is the worst McDonalds by far. The chicken wrap came in undercooked and soggy. The fries were underdone. So were the nuggets. I understand it's dinner time and the food court is packed but we come to McDonald's for what we hoped would have been.consistent quality. Sadly, it's run like another joint and quality falls by the wayside.

How does someone working at Maccas miss half the order? That's 8 hash browns and one Mighty McMuffin. Someone didn't bring their brain to work.

I ordered 2 burgers, but they didn't give a burger. So, my friend couldn't eat because I didn't have enough time to go back and take it.

I order via the self serve order was waiting 10 minutes to pay for my order there was no number receipt so I went elsewhere and was served a lot quicker and the one that was waiting 15 mins still wasn’t served that’s slack service

Staff are clueless and just standing around during lunch rush not doing anything. Absolutely pathetic

Food came out really fast and hot. I ordered a Chicken ‘n’ Cheese and Soft Serve. It tastes the same as the other branches, of course, but there wasn’t much to complain about. Most of the Chicken is flour, but it still tastes good for the price ($4, I think it was $2 when I was younger).

The fries are always really nice and hot, can't believe I've found a Macca's where their fries are fresh! I was really happy to find that the friendly staff also gave my kid some extra chicken nuggets for free!

Very fast service. Ordered via the app, they were exceptionally busy and the wait was under 5 minutes.
Food quality, etc on par for Maccas.

Waiting amongst the rude schoolkids for half an hour just to get a cold big mac and watered down sprite. I understand McDonalds is not meant to be luxury but what I received was inedible. Will NOT be returning.

If everything is by order number, why don’t you have a screen saying what’s ready instead of a young lady whispering order numbers?

I love my ala carte breakfast here, Egg and Cheese, a hashbrown and coffee from a nearby 7-11.

They don’t have free water and the bottle of water was not cold that’s dog move so if u want water go to a supermarket it’s cheaper and it’s cold

Very friendly staff, 10/10 caramel ice latte made by Tom. Honestly one of the best maccas Cafe drink I've had! Perfect sweetener to coffee ratio with the perfect amount of ice! Tom claimed that it was their first McCafe drink they've made but honestly, it was better than any Starbucks drink I've ever purchased. Tom deserves a raise.

Was very good and I have a VIP maccas card which they didn't make hassle out of me using it. (which some other maccas do) good food aswell.:)
