Ordered ubereats 4 cheeseburger meals large, all chips had black stuff over them cause your clearly the first mcdonalds I have been to that neglects cleaning their fryers ordered today about 10am 10/10/23

The wait can be long sometimes, but I don’t mind the wait because it IS a fast food store run by limited staff- and I am sure staff are working their best. I think we should all show appreciation to the teenagers working there instead of criticising them for what they are falling short of. Yes we paid for our food and some of us may not have gotten what we expected, but there’s absolutely no excuse to be an a$$hole about it or to act worse than a toddler.

I've never ordered food from here but one time before work i had ordered and payed for a large latte and was given a small.not even "here's your order, have a good day" just nothing and the small cup was just over half full when i was given it.

One of the worst Macdonalds in the area, service is always EXTREMELY slow and the staff can't even get the orders right. I ordered a classic Angus bad enough they don't use the Spanish or red onion as the burger is advertised with but I asked for no pickles which were added and since when does an Angus have mustard instead of just mayonnaise? ! Honestly I feel like throwing the whole thing in the bin.
Absolutely disgusted waited nearly 15 minutes to chuck it out.
WORST PLACE

I was abused my staff after I took back cold chips and was told two minutes. I complained after ten minutes that the rest of our food was now cold and could I get a refund or something and the staff member started being aggressive and rude. I was handed fries and half a serve of replacement bites without even a word. Other staff were play fighting and messing around the entire time and the food and serve is deplorable.

Order Uber eats for my birthday, got no straw for our drinks. Maybe I’ll be able to drink my thick shake in an hour or two. And the sprite was a soda water. Super disappointing. Still yet to get an order right from McDonald’s.

Coffee wasn't that nice I ended up throwing out I'm stopping at hungry Jack's and getting a latte from hungry Jack's I recommend going there after that coffee I had from maccas just one bad coffee they made they may not always be like that.

Workers are really slow and had no food prepared and were very unorganised. Took half a hour to get my lunch and I only had a 15 minute break at work. They were calling orders above my order number. Very unreliable.

I ordered a medium quarter powder meal but got a cheese burger meal.
This is starting to become a habit at Mecca's.

Wish i could give no stars. While waiting for my order today the 2 girls packing orders were rubbing their noses and touching their faces and each other, NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS good god! And they touching our food and packaging.its just disgusting especially in the times we're in,
Do they not do any training?
I won't be back to this store!

It’s a Friday around 4 so lots of kids and parents. Only 3 people working and they are so slow. I was 2 order numbers behind and still had to wait 15 min…ridiculous. Not an adult in sight and orders after me getting served first. Only wanted nuggets meal for my son

1 staff serving, 1 staff bagging orders, another 3 staff having a laugh and doing anything but working, casually chatting and saw one come and do some work after about 5 separate people order. Bins were overflowing with rubbish, all I ordered was a small hamburger meal with extra onion. When I finally got my food I got a cheeseburger with lettuce. After finally getting my proper order, I noticed 2 other people go up with wrong orders. Do managers not manage staff anymore? This was on the Friday evening just past.

Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Samhil wasn’t doing his job, just stood around talking. Possibly worst Maccas in Victoria

Worst customer service. Service provider are more interest in chatting with friends online rather than providing people with service. Some food over cooked some less cooked.

Worst McDonald's experience EVER
Every second person who ordered got the response "sorry thats not available" no big macs, no quarter pounders, etc etc.
I ordered a cheeseburger meal and they decided they would make the chips AFTER my burger was ready. They splashed my drink everywhere. Laughable

Placed an order via Uber eats. What was supposed to take 30 minutes took more than 1.5 hours. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold. No apology. No explanation. Quite disgusting really.

Bad customer service, waiting times are horrible & the order is often wrong.
Not going back anymore?

Sorry, bad customer service and we orders something and took order but they deliver whatever they can and we complained and they give excuse like sorry we are closed. Very bad customer service.

The girl in the counter was harsh to us.
We ordered a large chips and extra hot latte and we got the latte which is it even hot and got small chips.
We informed her and she said she can’t change and she took the order back and not even refunded.

Disgusted place…horrible service even the manager was rude messed up my order and accused me of taking food don’t recommend…took more than 20 minutes and screamed at me
