McDonald's Dandenong North

Went through drove there staff were rude as can be. Ordered 3 large meals and when reviced meals and drink, they were half full, then asked to get them topped to the right amount. Staff got annoyed. When got home and checked the food, the chips were all upside down and only half filled. Tried calling their phone number, of course they don’t answer because they know how bad their staff is. Terrible service. Would recommend going to the Rowville store instead.

Worst service I got in drive through this morning they don’t know how to manage the things and at the end they gave me cold food …

I have drifted away because I fing the taste has changed somewhat and it is very unhealthy. And management should train there stuff to speak up a bit because some of them whisper and you cannot hear them

The store was filthy, it took an hour before the tables were cleaned and people's orders were not correctly fulfilled

Chips were clean oil. Soft drink is fizzy. Custard and raspberry pie was gooey and crispy and mmmhmmm.

Lovely staff member served the perfect cuppaccino with a smile and the hash brown was holden delicious.

Night shift staff are very rude, for one chicken n cheese I wait one hour. They manager must have to kick them off, it was on 31 December night I never seen any mcdonald's worker like this

This McDonald's is not to bad but in the past 6 months they have so many workers go threw that place and U can tell they don't have experience as always the meals are so wrong, come on MR Macca, Get With It.

Staff are unable to communicate efficiency or politely for that matter. Food served is a disgrace, this McDonalds needs new management and staff or should be closed down.

Worst store in the entire state. They just dont care about the orders. My order was dismissed even without serving a single item on the list. We had to go and ask only then they realised.

Absolute worst!

This is painful to get into at most times.
Parking is inadequate for the size of the store. Often get told to move to next window, or park as they rarely have orders ready when you get to collection window, even after considerable time waiting in the drive through.

In-shop is rather dull. Playground for kids is smaller. Considering how new the store is, it is disappointing

I went to your store, expecting a fry
But what I received, was cold as can be
My burger and fries, not hot, just not for me

Your service is quick, that much is true
But the quality of food, leaves me feeling blue
I've been a customer, for quite some time
But this experience, has made me rewind

Mistakes can happen, I do understand
But cold food served, is not in demand
It ruins the taste, and poses a risk

This place needs to get staff that know what they are doing. After being stuffed around back and forth and being overcharged for meal that I didn't receive.after numerous phonecalls was finally told I could come and receive a free meal for the inconvenience. As suspected I got lied to and I never was given anything. I was overcharged and it's just my tough luck. Won't be going back there again.

The drive thru here is the slowest anywhere! The food is acceptable but even when the drive thru is empty it's so slow! Can't recommend unless desperate

I wanted to get frozen cokes the drive thru line was so long so I decided to park & go in & the wait for my drinks was ridiculous & when the girl gave me my drinks they were so messy drink all down the sides of & to the point of the cup tray wasent holding my drinks. Also the girl was so rude not even a "sorry for the wait"

Poor management/communication/system.
Ordered an English breakfast tea with Full cream milk on drivethrough.
After reaching the destination, was going to drink the tea.
It's not with milk.
The lady who took the order verified if it's skim or full cream

When reporting the manager said that the order taken by someone and the tea was made by someone else, and assured that it'll never happen again
Don't know how the ordering system works for them

Drove all the way out to order through drive thru even asked the person there to double check my order and he reassured my order was all there to find out once arrived at home I was missing 2 burgers and fries. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointing!

I wish i could rate it a 0. By far the absolute slowest and worst mcdonald’s, just waited 14 minutes for a frozen raspberry just for the frozen raspberry to be down, this is definitely not the first time i’ve waited longer than 10 minutes in the drive through either. No apologies, the food is always old and usually cold.definitely go somewhere else if your considering going to get something to eat from there

Got home and realised my burgers have the ingredient that I specifically asked not to have due to an allergy. This is not the first time from this location. Tried calling but no answer.

Food took long. The place looks like it has never seen the light of a clean restaurant environment. The place needs to really improve its look.
