The worse meal I’ve had at Maccas waa as s at cassino. They forgot to put half of the ingredients

If I could give you negative stars I would. 3 days in a row you have served the worst McDonalds I have ever eaten. Absolute disgrace.

The food was good, the price is reasonable and the staff was really attentive. Couldn’t have expected a better experience from a city store. Loved the fact that it’s near parking.

Long waits, cold food. Waited 20 mins for a cold happy meal - it did not make me happy! If there are lots of people hanging around waiting for food go elsewhere.

Last night of our stay in Melbourne we went out to grab a quick bite from McDonald’s. While being at McDonald’s we faced long wait times for our food and no one getting served, then the lady at the front counter was telling people to order on the self serve machines. Some people did not want to operate them and the lady told them to “screw off”. The place was also not clean with filthy tables and overflowing bins. I would not recommend coming back to this place.

Friday night at a 24h casino and it's closed for maintenance. What a joke. Melbourne used to be a 24h city but not now. Disgraceful.

The worst! Waited over 30 minutes for a coffee. The barista looked confused and was sooooooo slow taking her sweet time! People have places to be seriously!

Absolute Joke.waited over 60 minutes for a small order. Clearly the preference is given to the Uber deliveries or Mac deliveries over the the customers waiting in the store. Never going back to this store.

Terrible service.have been here twice and both times i waited at the register for about 10 minutes (7 the first time, 9 the second) and not a single person served me.they looked at me and walked straight past.it was not busy, and they had barely any orders.coffee was insanely too sweet, iced chocolate was disgusting and had no milk in it.staff was rude and uncaring.lazy job, do better.

Not one to bag a place but this place was a shocker. No one to serve customers and totally dependant on the self serve computers which were all full. Walked out straight to Clarendon street to get my Maccas fix.

Waited 10 minutes for a frozen drink, as a McDonald's employee I know how the screens work and I saw there were only 2 orders on the screen but the manager served them off and did not proceed to make them. Disappointed if I took that long I would've been fired

After watching Black Adam, mates and me wanted a coffee. We went to McDonald's at 12: 30am and the drinks were made by John. I was watching him while he was making the drinks, the dedication and effort he was putting in making the drinks was mind blowing. I drink coffee from McDonald's sometimes and it is not great. A big thanks to John, keep up the good work. And exceptional service by John.

Worst MacDonald's I have ever been too. It was over the normal price and the wait was quite long. Under staffed.

The coffee lady today was by her self with 40 eyes watching her big thumbs up for a young lady under pressure

Surely it can not be that hard when there are only 2 customers.
Coffee was too sweet to drink, obviously Almond milk or 10 shots of syrup or something.

It’s super busy here. The food was really cheap and nice for the price. I got a little confused using the self service screen to pay, since they called out number 130 instead of the number 30 the screen gave me. I was a little embarrassed when I realised but no biggie.

My experience with this McCafe is pretty average. Got coffee burning hot, usually it shouldn't exceed more than 65 degree milk temps, being in Melbourne, i have experienced excellent cafes and McCafe staff need to learn a lot on how to make a decent coffee. Although i like the banana bread/muffins at McCafe.

Fast food place right next to kfc, just part of the food court.service here is slow and numbers being called is really slow and the people calling them are very quiet compared to kfc next door.i kid u not.i ordered ONE LARGE COFFEE FRAPPE and was it busy when i ordered- there was a couple waiting on the side and there was a group of teens behind me talking about the 40pc nuggets.tell me how my drink sat on the side of the bench waiting for whipped cream and a lid for 15 minutes? When i asked if that frappe on the side is for my order number they said “no it’s not” and they walked away, put whip cream on the drink+ a lid and left it behind the bench where other orders are— why did it take another 10 minutes (literally i looked at my receipt time and the current time it was 23 minutes time difference) and the same girl who said it wasn’t my drink grabs that drink she left on the bench to hand to me.after lying to me that it wasn’t my drink to the side and then despite it being a single item the group of teens that was behind me left 10 minutes prior? Please pick up the slack i know it’s fast food but this was literally one item.service 2/5 drink 4/5 location 5/5

No hot cross buns as you had ran out. I can take that you run out of things I can understand that. But then to get a ham and cheese toast like pic below is a joke. If you don’t have a product and the customer has to get something else at least make it worthwhile

Absolutely disgusting food and service will not be going back ever I would rather starve to death
