61Honestly this is the best maccas in the country because it's where the head office is so it's pristine all the time.
Place was filled with hoodlums, terrible customer service, dirty, understaffed nobody behind the register at all
Visited twice this week, ordered Sausage and egg Mcmuffin with bacon. Both times the bacon was as dried out as old leather, and both times the hash browns were cold and soggy. Basically inedible. Never again
The last time i went in it took nearly 10 minutes to prepare a single order which was really strange as i was the only customer in the building at the time. Secondly, i witnessed cross contamination, one of the staff had just handled raw meat and didn't change his gloves before assembling my meal.
Dropped in to order a coffee after my Pfizer Vaccine and the staff managed to make my vaccine visit my positive experience of the day. It took 4 staff members (including a rude incompetent manager), 2 counters and over 15 minutes to walk out with half my order. I had ordered a donut which was then taken away by a different staff member for a drive thru order apparently done before me. Then I had the lovely experience of being sent to another counter to deal with a manager with the customer service skills of a person who obviously does not like people just to get my refund Thanks for a truly miserable experience.
Slow service, order slightly mixed up on purpose (10 mac bites had 7 bites and 3 nuggets). Plus the burger meat wasn't fresh even after the wait.
I used to come here a lot and work on my projects on weekends and after hours. It's one of the bigger branches so plenty of seating area to choose from. Good window views on both sides as it's location at the intersection. There were couple of instances when some guy asked for some spare change.
Scared staff not the best location as a lot of irresponsible people sitting in no sitting marked areas and customers swearing and poor behaviour. Management didn't do anything. I'd never take my children there.
I always have the worst experience here. I live in Fitzroy so it's the closest McDonald's to me. When I order food they are always really slow getting my food. When I get a coffee here most mornings I'm always waiting for someone to go make it and I have to remind them. Today there was about 5 workers all talking and standing around and I still had to wait for them to make there way to the cafe when they can be bothered. It really is the worst McDonald's I don't have this problem at any other McDonald's I go to. I really try and avoid going when I can.
Tables are dirty, staff walking around unaware of anything that resembles service. Just very poor management and a lack of pride. Get with the program McDonald’s aus.
This location is one of my favorite because it's big enough to accomodate a lot of people comfortably and the staff are both efficient and attentive

70% of the time it is great.
The other 30% is warm under-filled drinks and shakes. Burgers with massive chunks of onion, instead of sliced properly. Pickles on Burgers when they were requested to not be put on when ordered. Stale buns. Dry, hard bacon when added to a burger (Lazily taken from a heater rack and obviously cooked hours before and left to dry out). Stale, Dry nuggets if not asked every single time to cook fresh. When asking for something fresh then your fries are bagged up when they start to cook the fresh stuff so by the time you get your order, your fries are cold and have made the bag wet and oily.
I could go on, but you know the problems. But you roll the dive because like I said, 70% of the time your food is standard to good. Your paying for convenience, but sadly some of the time it becomes a pain in the neck to even get what you have laid for.
Feeling so bad to give 1 start to my favourite macca.today morning went to drive thru.wait for around 5 minutes and after that ethos not working just accept cash.so went in to order in store.orders at 11: 12 am today and wait around 17 minutes for my coffee.yupp understand that you guys looks so busy in the morning but even in between 17 minutes I asked your team member about my my order status but look like they don't care.and finally after long wait got a refund.so badd.thanks to get a nice experience at macca
Ordered two lattes and they were luke warm amd had burt coffee granules in the coffee. About a 1/3 of the cup was undrinkable
Quick ordering, quick service.
Food was amazing and filling.
I never received any napkins, but that was ok.
Floors being moped whilst I was there, should be done when quieter.
It was great and a great location, nearby to where I had an appointment in Fitzroy. Very clean premises and very pleasant staff.
Only reason I really liked this Mc Donalds was because they have a cleaner on the floor cleaning after each customer and making sure that everything touched by people was hygienically cleaned and sanitized
Well done McDonald's
This has got to be the most poorly managed McDonald’s in Australia. Visited for the first and last time at 2: 30pm on Saturday 17th April.
Very bad service tonight. Stuck in drive through queue for more than 15 minutes. Then we were told there is no efpos available. I ordered a cheese burger and A chai latte. There was only one staff taking orders. Receiving money and make orders ready. Cheeseburger was ready after 5 minutes. I was told to wait in the waiting bay for the latte. I was in the bay for more than half an hour and meanwhile less than 3 of cars waiting in the queue received their order. I decided to leave without latte then, because if I waited a little more hole car park was stuck.
Too much effort placed on online orders. The walk in customers seem to wait longer to be served. The meals are packed takeaway and half the food not in the bag! No sauces given.disappointed
