McDonald's Cobram

Went here today for dinner and no one seemed to want to serve and looks as though drive through have priority over eat in. Staff saw me waiting at counter and it took an older man behind me to yell out to them before they came to serve. Very disappointed

When you get the correct order, the food is still alright, pretty average Macca's food.
The service has gone downhill fast. There is no communication between staff or towards customers. The wait times in drive-thru are atrocious, once you are out of sight, you are no longer a priority.
I don't know how Staff are trained, but customer service doesn't seem to be a priority, not does pride in
the workplace.
Businesses in our small town should be striving for excellence, not settling for mediocre.

In general, the food is good, typical McDonalds fare. Occasionally orders are missing food, poorly made, or special order not fulfilled.
Staff are mostly friendly with the occasional rude staff member. Just your average McDonalds restaurant.

Horrible service waited at the drive through order booth for 8min nobody asking for my order. Drove down to both windows nobody there. Waited 15mins at the counter in store to be served whilst staff stood and talked to one another proceeded to wait 1 hour for my order whilst staff continued talking to each other and hugging random people they knew that walked in. No apology for my wait nothing offered for compensation if I could give this minus 5 stars I would.

Absolutely disgusting, bins were overflowing, toilets filthy, staff rude and burgers even worse,

Ordered a frozen coke no sugar and a grilled chicken snack wrap due to health reasons and chosen McDonald’s as I trust I know exactly what I’m getting. However was handed a full sugar coke, took a sip and checked is this no sugar? The girls said no we don’t have no sugar anymore! No problem but don’t know Lu serve a diabetic full sugar coke! Lucky I checked! Opened my “ grilled chicken snack wrap “ to find it was battered chicken. By this time I was too far away to go back. Dog enjoyed it

I had an amazing experience, the girl with the red hair girl in drive thru was wonderfully kind, amazing customer service

I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the consistently bad product and service that I have experienced the last three Monday nights at Cobram store.
Tonight it took 35mins to receive the big mac properly made with hot fries.
The manager seems to run her team consistently badly.
Again this is the 3rd time in a row that I have had to ask her to remake the meal. She has never offered me a refund for the terrible experience.

Usual plastic food served by kids that still pick their nose.
Staff sit outside on the filthy sidewalk to smoke on their breaks.

Good place to meet other seniors and chat over coffee and food remembering places and faces of the past and happy days

The fact I can't buy a McChicken before 12pm is pathetic.bring back the all day menu.fat people deserve food too

Ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles. Received a cheeseburger with not one single pickle. How do you mess that up? That's maccas I guess.

My server today was Harrison. Not only was he efficient and extremely helpful for me but I watched on as he helped an elderly woman with her order and she dropped some coins he dashed around to pick them up for her. Thank you Harrison fantastic customer service. 5 stars just for your effort today.

We were starving on our long journey home, so stopped by this store for a bite. Everything was made quick & fresh. The store was nicely decorated for Easter and friendly staff.

Dirty restaurant, rude girls serving, flies hanging around everywhere, dirty amenities block, and cold food. This has really gone downhill in the last 12 months.

McDonalds service has come down significantly.it takes ages to get the order some time and large fries and small fries are equal in quantity.smh

Every time we order from this maccas there is something missing out of the burgers or the food is cold.

Look I have to admit it's been really busy lately but I think it's a bit silly that it takes 20 minutes just to get a thickshake like come on people that ordered after me with massive meals got there's faster

Umm…Twenty five minute wait for a bacon and egg McMuffin. Drive through just sending everyone to parking bays, but there was no parking bays left. Then I sat in car park and had to go in an ask what was going on. I should have just left to be honest. Then I couldn’t leave the car park because the drive through line was blocking us. Just had to laugh really on the situation I found myself in for a bacon and egg mcmuffin craving

Went through drive through pulled up at window to order.team member must be having a bad day. (attitude) next window not ready yet wate in Parking bay with 2 other cars. They got there order drove away. Another car pulled in got there order still waiting. Went in to see where my order is was given to second car waiting. Finely got my order thick shake was a thin shake. Ice creams were soft and runny. Coffee tasted bad. Might need a crew upgrade.lift you game McDonald Cobram.

No coffee person talking through the mic was a bit slow with the order but the ice cream machine was working so was a W? Also the order was delivered today one but then again ice cream machine was working
