McDonald's California Gully

Under staffed.
Dirty restaurant.
Cold food.
Long wait.
Without a doubt the worst mcdonalds I've been to.
Made the mistake of trying this so called restaurant 2 months after my first review.
Attempted to go through drive through.
Six cars in the other lane were served first. I decided to drive to the first window.
No apologies.
Made my order, when I got home I found ingredients missing. Decided not to waste any more of my time with this place.
Avoid at all cost. Just go to bendigo and save some time.

Sadly gone down hill from when it first opened. Burgers always messy and slapped together like a dog's dinner.

Waited with 3 other customers 45 mins another was waiting an hour for food, I only ordered a shake and a burger, this is the 2nd time in a week that I've waited nearly an hour, not again you dogs you've lost my business

We were asked to go to a table.
Received only coffee.
Waited for the meal and finally went to the counter
Food was cold and waiting there
The person told me that he has asked others to take that to our table and he didn't know why they didn't.
Funny thing was that they had enough staff and did not look busy as compared to other outlets.
We had to eat cold burgers and fries

The young team making coffees this morning are consistently great at it shout out to the girl with brown hair and the girl with red hair sorry we didn't get yours names, you make the school run awesome

The Chips I ordered had way too much salt on them, I couldn't eat them! Tine of order was around 1: 45am

Service was very slow for dine in, burgers fell apart and didn't taste the best. It was not busy so no excuse for the slow service.

The last couple of times we have been there, the orders came out quick and not missing anything. Tonight we went there and the people were very lovely and friendly. Our orders looked well prepared too and generous amount of chips

The worst McDonald's in Australia. Why? No summer promotions advertised is sold here. No frozen flavoured drinks and the burgers are always out of stock. Then I order Uber and what I get is so cold, I can't eat cold food from McDonald's. Worst thing is that I live 5 mins away from this McDonald's and now I drive to Epsom or to town to order my food. So don't be disappointed like and avoid this restaurant in California Gully.

Do not dine in. So disgusting inside. Floors and table have food everywhere, toilets are gross. No one cleaning anything.

I went there and the store was closed? Meant to be 24 hr but are closed 1-4
very dissatisfied, the employees were swearing so loud while there was customers in the store, i work on fast food myself and that was a really bad experience experience

Jarra and the Janitor are are so awesome.they were very kind to us and friendly and we are just making us feel very safe.love y’all

My daughter and I waited 20 mins just for 2 hot chocolates but with that said they were delicious and the staff were lovely.

My man Dylan his15 gotta give this man a raise he is legendary I love him THIS MAN SLAYS he is great love him

What an awful place to visit
Waited 20 minutes for an icecream and a cheeseburger. Lady next to me waited 20 mins for icecream and a frozen coke. The staff were so slow, one staff member stood there looking at a bottle of spray n wipe for ages when there was alot of orders needing to be done then she went home. My cheeseburger was cold. It was a Sunday night and they were moving at the pace of a tired snail.give the staff some free redbull or something, they need their wings.

Somebody needs to teach these young people customer service at least pretend you want to be at work

Such a filthy dirt store, won't go back as it was a disgrace. They need more cleaning staff.

Gotta be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to wait times are next level people standing around everywhere waiting for over an hour.
To think when it gets like than most places start turning off there online ordering (menulog Uber etc) so they can catch back up. Apparently here there not allowed so basically would rather have a store full of angry customers

Very long wait seems to be a popular choice I did not realise I ordered one but that is what I got not going back again.half an hour is too long. In store or drive through does not matter same long wait been there 3 times and all around 20 to 35 minute wait drive through and in store.
