McDonald's Calder Northbound

The only reason this place is still open is because it’s a maccas. The coffee is always terrible, which is why I come here- as it’s the only drive through coffee on the way to my job.

Consistently needing to have it remade because it’s 3/4 frothy milk and 1/4 coffee.

Some staff are lovely, but the young ones couldn’t care less about providing the service you pay for.

Easily was one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time. My family and I stopped in on the way home from Echuca and we obviously could see that it was busy so we’re aware that there was going to be a longer than usual wait time. Little did I know that it would be a 48 minute wait time? Not only that but when I said to one of the workers there she says to me “oh yeah I’m sorry but we have a full screen of orders so we’ll get to yours eventually” I turned around to her and said “um no you served my order off about 20 minutes ago and if I hadn’t of noticed I would’ve been waiting here quite possibly for another 30 minutes. However the lovely girl that helped replace my order made the horrible wait time that little bit better. I will NEVER EVER be returning to this McDonalds again and I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience.

However to the lovely girl that helped fix my order, thank you for your service! If it wasn’t for you I would have written a lot worse of a complaint.

Waited 30 minutes for a snack wrap that I couldn’t even get out the paper was stuck to it and it had no sauce.

Dirty, and when I approached the staff I was told they didn't have time to clean. Kids ended up eating in the back of the car.

Second time coming here after a concert driving back home needing a late night meal or coffee to stay awake.
First time wait in drive thru for 25 mins to get told sorry we can only do chips which is ridiculous.
Then tonight go through the drive thru supposibly 24/7 maccas yet get to the box and told sorry we aren’t currently taking orders at the moment
Absolute joke guess will have to wait till 4am when I get home and then cook something

Below standards for a Mac Donald’s food staff have problems getting the orders correct and today I could not even get served in the drive through employee just stood there looking at me. I will never go back to Calder park Mc Donald’s again and to be honest may not go back to another Mac Donald’s again. Hungry jacks here I come.

All their screens and registers were not working, quite messy in the kitchen, but the food is still good and the staff are very friendly

Very tidy and clean environment rest rooms well presented and maintained definitely recommend this business to anyone who is traveling.

Good morning brother and sister in the morning and then we will have a great weekend too late for you to come back in town this week and a little better but still not sure yet what you doing tonight at work now so I can go out and get some more and you have any plans for tonight at work right away but it was so good for him in his own life and the other night at my and we were all in all honesty from a distance from me and my family in town this weekend and the kids were you able typo in a few weeks in town and I have been working

I was very disappointed in this MacDonald's, waiting period was at least 30 minutes from 10.30pm till 11pm roughly. For some reason my meal was no 179 and all the other people who came after me were given their meal's prior to me. I only ordered a simple fillet of fish. The meal was not appetizing at all. The sides of the fish were very dried out, almost as if it was microwaved, not cooked normally. I made the mistake of not stating fresh. I ended up not eating the fish & just eating the bun, with a smidgen of tartare sauce & cheese.
