McDonald's Calder Highway South

The staff tonight couldn't have made it any more obvious that they didn't give a damn. All of them being completely obnoxious, screaming throughout the place about utter nonsense. The manager with the glasses in particular was being a complete tosser, probably the loudest and most annoying of the bunch. Swearing his head off and speaking like a station rat, felt really embarrassed for him honestly. If this is the attitude of the manager, like hell am I going to let them prepare my food.

I love the calder no one cares about you haters i will go there every time i drive past it

Lucky i don’t mind the taste of milk because that’s the only thing in my supposed iced mocha yesterday.

Fris ordinary sausage and egg mcmuffins little bit under done today but usually ok. Gave me a guts ache being under done.

Customer service died here. Zero counter service. Pushed to use computer ordering. No signage or messaging when you can pay cash (only a “pick up” sign. Treated as an annoyance when paying cash. Chose dine-in - not sure why this is an option as we picked up our own food from counter (bag open, drinks on bench). Drink ordered not available and replacement drink 2/3 filled cup. Treated with childish disdain when directing staff to fill the cup like other drinks.

Terrible service, extremely slow. Waited 25mins+ before i had to ask for a refund for a toastie. To have the manager on duty essentially try to blame me for not asking about it earlier. When id been watching their lack of process (prioriting) Coffees and barely looking at the McCafe food orders screen for the last 25mins. He didnt apologise or ask if he could put it on straight away.

Do not like the self serve it does not have what I order always have to wait if ordering inside

Slow service can be sitting in a line of cars for 10 mind just to get to window. And just a tip train the staff to give straws with the actual drink not in the bloody bag because when you drive away there are no straws in the bag. Seriously for god sake it's not rocket science you pass the drink with the straw!

I ordered a happy meal and cheese burger, got the happy meal, no sauce, no cheese burger and no straw

Toilet literally had poo all over the walls, I told management and when I came back through 7 hours later it so hadn't been cleaned

Very slow, could hear staff arguing and could hear the manager swearing and yelling at staff, also waited 15 minutes for food.

Went through the drive through and asked for a Kit Kat McFlurry. Was met with a very abrupt person who told me that this was an Uber eats special?
Shocked by the response I just moved on and asked for something else.
After I got home I checked online to confirm this and it is NOT an Uber eats special?
Just a really randomly unneeded attitude from the drive through person.
Very weird.

Waited 15 mi in drive threw just for a coffee. 6.30 am.busy as and the line just stopped.couldn't back out to go elsewhere.

Someone put a bunch of onion in my crispy chicken deluxe (not listed on the ingredients) which I discovered halfway through my burger when I got home. I am highly intolerant to onion so I'm going to be very ill later today and tomorrow. Thanks for that.

This is my go to stop for a coffee on the way to work.
Always good friendly service.

Yaaaay they finally got the order right and the burger looked like a burger. UsuLly I get a leaning tower with half the contence hanging out. Usually have no care and it shows. Thank you.

Bit crappie here on the last visit really needs ppl to take control and the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch

I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely as I was by a young man named Perry at this establishment. He was rude and dismissive to myself and my young daughter just informed me that he kept looking her up and down which made her feel very uncomfortable. Train your staff better McDonald's. I did absolutely nothing to deserve this type of treatment and feel very upset that this has happened. Also inform this young person that this type of behaviour is unacceptable and that they never know who the person is or how far up the chain they are willing to take their complaint.

Asked for Sausage and egg meal with extra hash brown and large decafe oat milk Cappuccino ended up sick just from a mouthful of hot chocolate. Not great considering I confirmed the order at pick up window

Was served in Drive Thru by a lovely young man called Benji. Had a good chat and found out it was his first 'manager shift' great customer service mate! Keep up the good work
