Young Man under pressure still took the time to tin foil our food for a long trip home. He is A credit to the business

I had an amazing customer experience.i was served by a lovely man called jordan and he was extremely sweet and i think he needs a raise and promotion.perfect amount of pickles in my cheeseburger. 10/10 would come again just to be served by this beautiful man.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour of the employees and the manager!
I ordered via drive through a double fillet o fish meal and was given a big mac!
My fault was I drove off to work without checking when I was about to eat it was a big mac. I went back to change it they girl on the counter was a bit annoyed I don't know why.
She gave me a quarter pounder instead!
I told her I asked for a "double fillet o fish meal"
She called the manager extremely disappointing and rude!
I'm so disgusted by their behaviour! Absolutely appalling

Food is pretty average if not made fresh, customer service from the workers is nearly non existent.

Came in last Sunday, ordered a Big Mac meal. 2 lovely girls at front counter smashing goals Blonde and tall brunette girl were very friendly, would come again Food was fresh and hot

The food was good. The cleanliness of place was OK.

However, the staff were not super welcoming. And no napkins.

Food was what you'd expect for Maccas. The music playing seemed to be a crime against humanity and designed to keep people from staying too long. Order was correct, place was clean. Can't ask for much more.

This one has gone from good to bad.

Slow at taking orders through drive thru.

Slow at preparing the food.

My childs Coke smelled like it had fly spray in, I binned the entire order avoid for your children's safety.

Small eating area was very unclean. Every table had rubbish and sticky patches of sauce on them and the floor was littered with garbage. If I were the manager I would be completely ashamed of the condition of the restaurant. I don't like leaving bad reviews but feel it is justified in this case.

Horrible McDonald's. Rude, young staff. To the girl with the 5cm long pink nails on the drive thru window - get over yourself and do your job.

Every time I eat here the food is hot fresh and the burgers seem to be put together carefully.
All the managers and staff are extremely polite.
Great food, and service second to none.
Well done.

5 stars to the short guy who let me use the toilet @ 11pm when they were closed. You’re a legend!

Absolutely disgusted ask for no Onions on my burger because I can’t eat them and I get lots of onions on there so I didn’t eat

Very organised with smiling staff members to clients and between themselves. Very clean, tidy and welcoming

Really fast and super fresh plus swapped drink for a soy iced coffee at no extra charge huge plus in my books

There were no customers inside yet many tables were dirty. We asked the staff to help us with the high chair as we could not remove the tray part and no one knew how to remove it? Food was average.

I ordered happy meal for my son;
I waited for my order around 20 minutes
Then I asked them how long should I wait just for one happy meal!
They even didn’t respond

After 20 minutes she gave my order but it was without chips!
How funny they are!?

Highly recommend for staff to go back to their bed and have some rest! Hahahaaa

I'm always pleasantly surprised by how friendly the girls are on the drive thru on the occasional morning brekkie run. There's been a couple of occasions where an extra hashbrown has been forgotten but interesting how good customer service makes you that bit more forgiving
