McDonald's Box Hill North

First impression of the restaurant was filthy. Tables were dirty and the floor was covered with rubbish. No diners at the restaurant early in the morning, but the counter was unattended. After ordering, waited for 15 minutes before the food was being served. The coffee and the breakfast muffin were sub-standard. This was by far the worst McDonald restaurant that I have ever been to. Should shut down the business.

Ordered a McChicken meal amongst other items & kindly asked for my meal to be freshly made with a little extra mayo and lettuce & to be a fresh patty as i dont want listeria from chicken pattys sitting in the heat trays in the middle (happened several times in the past). Ordered through drive thru just now. I was cut off mid order been asked "is that all" several times, again unnecessary.

Pull up to the collection window and they serve the McFlurry first (hint it melted and went yuck) by the time they handed the food I asked my hubby to check if it was all there and he said yes. He didn't want to wait longer for his mcflurry with extra m&ms so we just left.

How on earth is a 9 month pregnant woman supposed to eat this God awful McChicken burger with literal mayo and lettuce falling everywhere! Teenagers took the absolute piss in the kitchen making that & was completely unnecessary! Oh and can the young 2 girls by the window keep their private discussions about the boys they served prior earlier today they think are ugly and beneath them too themselves outside of work.

Since when was "a little extra" the same as 3x handfuls of lettuce with 4x pumps of mayo? That is beyond excessive.

Management seriously need to stop hiring young staff under 21 at this location as there's always an issue with either service or quality of food and nothing gets done about it.

My local Mc. D frequented by my daughter as she likes happy meal. I think she just want the toy.

The food was classic Mcdonald's. The rest rooms need a bit of attention and clean Otherwise a pleasant experience.

In general, the service is good and staffs are helpful.
But when it is extremely busy, ordered item might be missed occasionally. But they will give you back quickly when you inform the staff.

Thomas was the manager at the time I had an issue with my order. He was excellent in solving my problem

Took almost an hour to prepare an order for two breakfast burgers, then when I got it, the order was only half complete. Manager is rude and argumentative and the only solution she would offer is "You will just have to re-order it" even though by the time they got the first half of my order together the items I ordered were no longer available on menu.

Best drive through service ever! Thanks to the young chap serving on 10/10 at 6.40am. Going to work on a Sunday morning made bearable

Significantly better than the Blackburn south store, drive through is quicker, food is hotter. Only issue posting this is I dont want others to jump ship

Bad experience, i was getting the 2 small 10 mac nuggets meal with 2 small fries and small drinks from the monthly deals. However, they did not put fries in the takeaway bag and i found that after i got home. It is part of my carelessness in checking the bag before leaving but this situation definitely should not happen.

Bought 4 hot takeaway drinks, 1 lactose free cappuccino was all milk no coffee in it, no chocolate sprinkled on top. Just a cup of warm milk.

My first time to leave review. Waited 25 mins for my muffin meal and still not finished yet. They refused to compensate me and it wasn’t that much busy at 3 pm! Avoid this place guys! There are lots of other McD out there. Do yourself a favour and stay away

The worst service. Covid is no excuse for not speaking. Drive through service was non existent. No service. This Mecca's is not there to make friends. The burger looked like it was thrown together. Very disappointing.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I ever order from. I have been disappointed by this place too many times, I’ve tried to give the a chance to see if they pick up their game, but enough is enough.

This branch needs to sack the manager and any slack jawed teen that works here… they have a 100% failure rate at taking orders- both from dining in or drive thru. The place is constantly dirty, workers are slow and confused… half of them don’t even know what the meaning of work is.

This place needs an absolute overhaul. I have visited others and I rarely get such a bad service.
This is the last time I go here.

People, if you visit this place, expect bad and rude service from slack teens and orders that are always incorrect. Avoid if you can, there are other places that do a better job.

McDonald’s head office, you need to visit this “restaurant” and clean it up from the inside out.

I never really write bad reviews but this was a weird experience. The staff were nice but the actual service was pretty bad. Usually I check my bag to see if everything is in there but I was in a rush this time and didn’t bother checking my drink.
When I got home I realised that I was given a half filled frozen coke. WHAT!
The chips were also half filled which was sad. Unfortunately this happens a lot with Maccas.but never have I ever received a half filled drink before

Every time I order food, there will be less. I have already ordered the takeaway and asked me to pick it up. If I can go out, why should I spend more money to choose Uber eats?

Worst McDonald's in the country. Took an hour for 2 burgers to be prepared, chips never even half fill containers, sauces have never been right for nuggets, order notes constantly missed and I'm yet to receive a McFlurry that had the right toppings.

I was served by Luke and he provided excellent service. Very impressed by the way he handled my order an helped navigate my concerns.

Very unhygienic women washroom. This branch is clearly not following any covid-19 precautions. I couldn’t stand in the washroom for one second. It stink so badly It was clear that the staff is not even cleaning the toilets regularly so sanitising the toilets is far away impossible for this branch. It is very disappointing to see that they can’t even keep the toilets clean. Public toilets in Australia are far more cleaner than the toilet in this McDonald’s.
