McDonald's Box Hill Central

The wait times are so long. I've wasted money heaps of times by ordering a burger and having to leave 25 minutes later to catch a train. Staff are nice though.

I waited 21 MINUTES FOR MY APPLE PIE! I also got an iced chocolate which was 49% ice, 49% whipped cream, 1% chocolate AND 1% farts! The fries were good tho. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I'll forgive it because they said "sorry for the wait" after i waited 21 minutes.

Been here a lot, idk from when every time I come I get food with disgusting oil and sauces on the hamburger box and the drink… people touching this touching that then touch your food… imagine your chips being packed together with those… and they seem never cared, I really hope if they something about food hygiene… it is about human health… omg

Absolutely terrible service. We waited over 10 minutes for a single coffee ordered through their screens before an employee noticed us waiting at the station entrance and made my drink in under a minute. Missed our train too.

Skipped over my order, manager helped me as soon as i asked, but a worker just stuffed big mac sauce in the mcnuggets box. Robbed me of $6.

Waited 25 min for a single burger only got told impatiently by this manager-looking male to *listen more carefully for the number call out*. Thanks man fyi I have been standing right next to the counter and not being deaf. 100% sure that it was an order you missed but thanks for being so condescending on the mistake you guys made

I waited 15 minutes for my food and waited another 15 for a coffee that didn't come before I had to leave for a bus, food was alright but I keep getting lukewarm coffees when I visit this "fastfood restaurant", the manager was too busy helping the kitchen to notice or help the large amount of coffee orders for 1 undertrained staff member and I have heard other patrons complaining about the cold or wrong orders during this time. Decent feed if you hate yourself and the monotony of traveling to work.

Very great customer service experience with Eli. He went above and beyond with assisting with our online order that we had trouble with.

Always has been my local for a quick meal to get. Staff always nice. Use the drive through which depends what time of the day you go. Can be a bit busy during lunch and dinner periods

Really terrible customer service! I ordered a chocolate Sundae. It turns out the staff gave me chocolate shake…… The girl with ridiculous eyelashes extension gave all the customers cold shoulder without any smile and no apologies for the wrong order… I wish I could give a zero for her terrible attitude! This is the worst McDonald that I’ve ever been to…

I don't eat McDonald's but their coffee is great, I order for my Mum. I did get an apple pie which was cold and soggy this time and there's no atmosphere and need more staff.

An utter filthy disgrace. I have never seen a restaurant in such a dirty disgusting state. Drinks upon drinks all piled up on the counter lying in sticky liquid. Burgers just thrown in the box and barely resembling food. Filth and food scraps all over the benches and floors. Syrup and sauce all over the ice cream machine. This place should be shut down immediately until management learn how to run a food store. Do not eat here.

This is the worst McDonald’s and I wish I could give zero stars.
Today I ordered 2 hash browns which took 13 minutes and they were cold and soggy.
Came with a friend for breakfast a few weeks ago and her order was both wrong, and missing items so she complained (photos were provided) and no replacement or credit was offered, just “we value your feedback and hope you return”
Really bad customer service, really bad food and really bad wait times.

When I put in my order for a small double quarty poundy meal I was expecting to feast
Alas what I was faced with was a half filled baggy of stale chips, a coke that had so much ice in it that my straw couldn't reach the bottom of the cup, a burger box that was squashed, and worst of all in place of where my double quarty poundy should have been there was a hamburger (not even a cheeseburger at that)

Obviously confused as to why I was missing all my veg, sauce, 2nd patty and slice of processed cheese I asked the lovely lady at the counter if I could get a replacement. Viewing the bootleg burger she agreed to make another

When I got my replacement I was nothing but disappointed. Was the burger all there? Yes
HOWEVER that thing had so much oil on it that I was shook. The bottom bun was dripping with oil, there was a dark ring of oil around the entire bottom. The top bun, the bun you'd expect to be dry was slick to the touch. The burger had obviously been thrown together which led to it's disappointing final form.

All in all an unsatisfying trip to Mikey D's

Good costumer service and did you know before McDonald's was built, the platform 1 was accessible from Box Hill Central and now today, no one can go to the abandoned haunted platform and why is that?

Wouldn’t even give it one star. Rudest “shift manager” I’ve ever encountered. Poor service, bad food quality and rudest customer service I’ve been exposed to

Possibly the worst McDonald's in Melbourne. Constantly gets orders wrong and even cancels them last minute on uber eats.

Go there on a friday afternoon, and the box hill students will greet you with a cloud of vape smoke

What an absolute disgrace, I waited at the side window as I had to get the next train to the city and as I waited for approximately 4 minutes I was looked at by 2 staff members who then turned away and proceeded to serve customers at the front. I would have gone to the front counter but as I had already gone through the train gate I couldn’t go back through. The 2 staff members didn’t even acknowledge me by stating they would be with me soon, they just looked then walked away. Whoever is the franchisee needs to give their staff a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE, will never use again, please feel free to contact me to discuss further but knowing what the parent company is like I highly doubt I will hear anything.

There’s no doubt this is the worst McDonald's. I placed an online order which got some issues and let me head to the counter. The staff here let me pay again at the counter, but finally when I collect my order I found that I paid for both the online one and another same order at the counter. There is no reason I have two same orders, but the employee said I can’t refund my order as I placed two, so I have to pay and keep two same meals for dinner? The employees are not working well at all and with such an terrible attitude. For shame, never come to this McDonald’s, recommend the one in Blackburn north, only 5mins drive for a much more better experience.
