Was a shabby place. Wait time was much longer than usual.

The toilet was very bad and the dine in tables too.

All the kiosks were not working.

The food was cold and bad.

Dirty.so dirty … it’s small not spacious but nobody clean up that’s why it was hard to find out normal table to eat

I never saw a MC Donalds on all my trips worldwide where birds were inside the restaurant and sitting on the tables, ice machine and eating the chocolate from the dispensers. Disgusting! I did not order anything and left the restaurant immediately. Tables and floor dirty as well!

This McDonalds has the worst staff of any other store. I went in recently, and one of the staff (Asian woman) was wearing an "ANTI SOCIAL / SOCIAL CLUB" t shirt! Great corporate look! Staff always appear to hate working there. They never say thank you or give you a smile. So if you're looking for rude service, long wait times for your food, and when you eventually get it, it's cold- then this is the store for you!

Toilets close early on Saturday night.at 9: 30pm had to find somewhere else to find Toilets

All the self service machines are broken. Staff are lost in their own world, helpful if you can get their attention.

I generally don't leave negative reviews, because i've been taught if you haven't got anything nice then not to say anything at all. However, this was the worst experience i've had at a fast food outlet. I'd placed my order on a kiosk, went to the counter to pay as i wanted to query the the rewards system. Both the team member and manager on site were un-informed and could not answer my query at all. I paid for my order in full, but was not issued an order number. I'd waited for over 10mins and my order hadn't been fulfilled, I then approached the counter to query why it was taking so long, only to be told that they did not have my order on record. The team member with whom, i'd placed the original order deferred me to her manager who ignored me completely, only for another team member to ask me to repeat my order and to pay for it again!

Very appalled by the service at this maccas, they messed up our order big time and it’s actually rlly ridiculous and the chips were extremely stale and not eating worthy. This maccas needs help! Kind regards, disappointed customer

Most glamorous, elegant McDonald’s I have ever been to. Very clean and beautiful, lot’s of space and very relaxing after a long day of wasting my money on anime figurines. Meal was delicious, chips were crunchy, hot and fresh. My burger was not made by Isaak, sauce was spread perfectly, best big mac I have ever eaten. Asian look lady gave great service and should be promoted to area leader (facts). Also how do I hire the interior decorator honestly beautifully done, I will be eating here again.

Maccas Warrnambool could never.

Good service and the food was good. However, there was quite a wait for our food.
Mario x Sonic was all we had to keep us busy.

Only went in for a mcflurry and an ice cream.waited over 45 mins, I felt sorry for the McDonald's team behind the counter who were clearly over stretched on a busy evening, but looking in as an outsider you could see all they need was leadership to stop them running around like headless chickens. I felt sorry for them as they also had a lot of challenging customers.

Hi guys
You need to fix your problems here the coke tastes like water. You put to much salt on the chips as well you have no customer service. You need to smile as if you want tourists and locals to feel happy and welcomed. Possibly you need to get back to basics.

Worsts mc Donald EVER! Wait more than 15 min for a “fast food”. Never eat a Big Mac like that, fries was inedible! Don’t open a restaurant if you are not ready to give good food and good service. Close that Mc Donald or change staff and manager.

Only been here to get take outs.
The store is not really clean so probably not best for dine in, but it's okay for take outs.
Would be great if they have a monitor to show the order numbers.

A girl in manager uniform is always rude with delivery drivers when go to pick up order. You maybe forget that they work on behalf of your customers too. Many times orders need to be canceled. If you feel unhappy with what you are doing, please find the new place there are plenty of jobs available now.

I went here at 7am (15/01) and there was ONE girl working. She literally did front of house AND cooked all the food for over 10 customers.

She deserves every promotion and bonus, she was carrying maccas on her shoulders

Handy location, quick service. Take a seat in the Booths and use the USB outlets at every one. Handy if you get phone battery woes.

Have always loved the quick service here and I always love using the app to place my order. The free internet is a big bonus for someone like me who would like to stop by between my client visits to pop some emails.

Not good. Wanted to sit down for a coffee at 6am. Not allowed. No explanation. Just leave. Nobody speaks English. Difficult.
