McDonald's Bendigo

I'm a person not crash hot of fast food but I very much do like and cantolerate the McDonald's Big Mac.
Arriving there late at night on foot was very convenient and very easy learning how to use the electronic board to order my food. For a first time user of this AI stuff and being not too Crowdy at the time found it very easy.
Sometimes I do not mind eating plastic food.

Ordered a triple cheese burger in the drive through and was very confused when I saw around 20 extra cheese slices in my burger. It was cold and obviously not what I orderd. Tried contacting the store multiple times, no one answered. This is pretty low even for Maccas standard.

Night shift white idiot with spectacles was crazy. Doesn't know how to deal with customers.

The food is great, service is excellent and the atmosphere is ok.
Being vegetarian, I only order the chips, thick shakes, apple pies etc.
McDonalds is probably the best fast food service for tasty treats, with or without meat.

They can not read the board properly and they can not get a order right, they stuff it up all the time, it is be coming a joke.
Management need to have a good look at there stuff and manger. I hated to go back twice tonight. NOT HAPPY.
Something needs to be done about it and not forgotten.

I wish it was clean for my kids … from now on I’m bringing my own wipes to wipe down the tables. Seen one girl just wipe across the table once. It feels so dirty. Such a shame because my kids love McDonald’s and we just a 5 min walk away. Please clean it better.

Saw a gentleman grab the flake for my Sundae with his bare fingers, thought we were all about sanitary now matey

Order mixed up with someone else's order, took them ages to sort out issues
Our food had been left sitting around
By the time all sorted, we left, and our food was cold and not edible

Standard food. Manager was shouting at employees and employees were arguing with each other in front of costumers. Really bad vibe. Dark shop and a bit outdated.

Stopped for a coffee and the young man this morning in the coffee shop was just delightful. You could see he was learning and very nervous but nonetheless his service was fantastic. The young lady supporting him was also lovely. I do hope he is working again when I return.
On another note, management shouted from the main kitchen in front of customers to this young man to ‘come over’. This should have been handled a lot better meaning walking over quietly talking to him rather than shout over all the customers making him scared.
He looked frightened. We all make mistakes while learning.

Our latest visit on the 12/04/21 was my worst experience. Brought a cheeseburger meal deal and received food poisoning from the cheeseburger and was sick for hours. Rang them up to tell them what happened but woman on the phone wasn't interested and didn't really care. Last time I'll be going to this store

The police beat up some one and he was seeing his lawery and I drive him.so I got! Food! There while I waited

Asked for 2 chicken salad meals got one box with just lettuce and chicken the other lettuce and tomatoes thats it, they were busy but no excuse cost 30dollars not good at all

Went in at 4.30pm on a Friday to buy an early dinner treat for my 11 year old. Never again! Restaurant was putrid, staff were disorganised and rude and waited over 15 minutes for a sub standard order. Checked the bag before leaving and part of the order was missing. If you're desperate for a junk food fix, try KFC!

Can get very busy as ppl are leaving Bendigo want to stock up on food and coffee.the one just out of town on the way to Melb is much faster

Great staff and service. Music distracting. Sadly no one is scanning in at the tables. Overall very good.

I was concerned that the small Wet floor caution signs which had fallen over in the wind were left lying on the pavement around the establishment. They were an obvious trip hazard, particularly for children, elderly or vision impaired persons. As a Work Place Health and Safety Officer I found this extremely careless. I mentioned it to an employee who seemed to think it was unimportant.

Love that this is place reliably open 24hours in Bendigo.
Friendly customer service.

No waiting bay ahead only a street foot path. It is not an official McDonald’s car park but it gets used as one. Only enough room to fit one car. Easy to sweep up a pedestrian given the sharp corner.

In order to get back around to the Maccas car park to wait for your order if the council footpath is taken you have to drive around the entire block, or do an illegal U turn and drive opposite to traffic on a busy main road.

Definitely the most inconvenient & if not one of the most unsafe Maccas Drive Thru I’ve ever been to in my life. From my experience when I drove my car around to the car park to pick up my order I am lucky I didn’t get booked a fine or even worse get in to a head on collision.

McDonald’s really need to revamp their waiting Bay Area or commit to not parking any cars at all before someone gets into an accident.

The last couple of McOz I've had have been picture perfect and look exactly like the menu item. Whoever is on the Grill at 10: 30 am is a legend. The first image is what you get during peak.

Look, I know that you get what you expect when you visit these types of places but wowzers!

Ordered in store and waited over 15 awkward minutes and even then they stuffed up the order (more waiting, yay).

Also, the place just feels yuck to be in, every table was dirty (not the good kind either) while the floors looked like they were allergic to cleaning chemicals.
