This place is full of covid steer clear the managers are making staff work while they have covid

Didn't eat here, but the toilets were clean. Now enjoying my holiday with empty bowels!

Apparently their strategy is to make you wait in the Drive thru so long that you give up.

Only problem with this store very busy over public holidays they can't handle the extra pressure

There is always something wrong with stuff and I request to leave the drive through because I hadn't ordered anything but wouldn't move the cars in front of us so we sat there for 25mins just for nothing

Benalla's McDonalds is a strange case. They are messing up very little orders when compared to KFC across the street, and they taste really good!
However, the service can be extremely slow, sometimes taking as much as 10-15minutes for an order.
Most people there are/were really great, but the good people are leaving, and as a result, the service and atmosphere are taking a dip.
Management is extremely disappointing when needing to take actions appropriately when related to serious topics and chatter in their building among co-workers, although they can be really nice to have a chat with.

Waited 45 minutes for food. Hashbrowns were cold and covered in oil same as burgers and there was a hair on it

The worse maccas ever from the wait in the drive through to the cold rubbery food and almost every time I get an orange juice or coke it taste like water. Waste of money

Benalla maccas is always understaffed and it is a massive wait for everything. The inside NEEDS a Reno.
The food is good when you get it but sometimes I wonder whether it's worth the wait. (This is usually 15-40 min!)
The people who work there are nice tho.

The big boss needs too put more night staff on not too over work the crew, was in the drive through but had too go inside for my things.

Was at drive through a few nights ago. Line wasn't moving at all after waiting 15 minutes the car in front of me and myself got ourselves out of the queue as we hadn't even made it to order yet (that was 5 cars ahead) and went to KFC across the road. Ordered and received my meals and was back on the road before I would have made it to the microphone to order at Maccas. First and only experience at this Maccas, never again. If I have to stop there will be at KFC for sure.

Super busy. Food came out fast, fries were very hot which is excellent. Had to listen to a few staff kind of arguing about who was going to clean up a mess.probably not a conversation to be having infront of guests.

Waited for almost 15 minutes for just a couple Sunday's a frappes and was hardly anyone in the store, very poorly run.

Yes, I walked from my North Eastern Hotel in Benalla to the McDonalds for breakfast with Orange juice and coffee!

Oh my god you need to do something with your drive through 1 coffee 13 mins getting slack every morning same lately there parks for them waiting to park in instead of having them lined up waiting for food and coffees

Cleaning is awful, tables are dirty, full rubbish bins. Staff has to provide table service, but they don't.
Upd. It is much worse since my last visit. Poor management, lazy useless staff, long waiting time.

Last time we went to the drive through it too 45 minutes to get through, food was mediocre and going cold. I feel sorry for those people behind me who are waiting out on the road to get in. Recommendation is to go elsewhere.

If you have a spare hour to wait for your FAST food this is the McDonald's for you. Stuck In a drive through that you cannot get out of.

Slow service, just warm burger, coffee ok, dirty tables dirty store whilst staff seem very disinterested and busy chatting rather than providing good customer service.

This would have we to one if the worst drive thru's I have ever been to. You have to wait 10-15 mins to get your order, or If you get your order in a timely manner it is usually cold or missing something
