Upon arrival, there seemed to be only 2 other groups other than us with the addition that the maccas were generally empty. However, once we came home with our order, we were saddened to find that our 24 nuggets and mcmuffin were missing. After realizing the food was missing, we called them about 3 times, they did not answer any of them. We are quite disappointed on how they, not only missed our food but also not answer any of our calls.

Don't ever order from, this McDonald's your order is always wrong or missing. Would give zero stars if I could.

My Big Mac was dry, the meat was over cooked and there was hardly any special sauce, very disappointed

I haven't had food. I was picking up food for someone. But I was vary impressed with customer service. The girl who's on shift vary kind and helpful with customer service. Good job.

I am sick of this place, they never know how to get your food right and mess up your order constantly.tonight was my last straw.some of our food that they messed up for my family was a triple cheese burger, specifically asked for no onion as someone is allergic in my family to it and it was absolutely smothered in them between the beef. Next we had ordered a large coke, it was Vanilla Coke, that was supposed to be to someone who has autism and gets easily triggered and affected by their food and drink and can only have so much and so many things. Then we ordered a double McChicken with EXTRA sauce and they literally put no sauce on the burger.we also ordered 10 McBites, they had been sitting there for however long. I ordered them separately and my order was called out STRAIGHT AWAY, they were hard, cold and stale.this is not even the first time they've done the same things.it is getting pathetic and need to up their game.so disappointed, and I truely hope they read these and take into some consideration next time they pack orders.

Had only gone into this store to get a meal and coffee after looking for rent accommodation for our son.
Afterwards, we went to use the toilets, there were no toilet paper, but they did have serviettes available to use. Sorry guys, I did warn a staff member not to use them as they will block the toilets pipes. As we were leaving, a delivery truck had arrived, so there should be toilet paper. Yay!

Early Sunday morning but service was slow Coffee was ONLY LUKEWARM, couldn't be bothered trying to change it, this outlet has got how to waste time to gold medal standards

These places are all the same.
Young guy gave us a thick shake instead of a sundae.
He knew he made a mistake but tried it on anyway.
Manager was good made him fix it

I just tried to call to sort out my annoyance before I posted a review and the call didn’t even pick up….
The chips were cold and we were missing a ten pack of chicken nuggets - the only thing my kids wanted to eat so my husband and I had food - nothing for the kids! So how do I get my money back when I didn’t get what I paid for and I can’t get through when I call them? !? !

Looking at the other reviews, they are not great and all about forgetting food and poor customer service. We don’t eat maccas a lot but I won’t be going back!

Service was slow. Waited 15 mins to received meal. Incorrect order number been read aloud. Chips has burnt bits.

One of the worst McDonald’s in the area. Always understaffed or just extremely slow with their service. They need to either retrain or hire proper staff who know what they are doing.

Worst service I've ever experienced at a maccas. Food was made incorrectly, twice, and it took so long for service, in an empty restaurant. The self service machines aren't working once you get to payment, but no signs, even though they were aware of it, so wasted time using it, only to have to start again at the counter. Counter isn't manned either, as all staff are talking in the kitchen.

Double 1/4 pounder Burger with normal meat patties, also meat patty completely broken in about 4 pieces, horrible, won't answer phone call

Poor service tonight. The manager and the workers were screaming, playing tag with each other and on their phones while customers were waiting for their food. Something needs to change and I was really appalled by the managers attitude, we waited 20 minutes for 2 potato cakes…. What a joke!

Every Uber delivery we get from here is missing an item, or has a wrong item in the bag, tonight both of these apply. Tonight we ordered and paid for priority in the hopes of getting a warmer meal, but NO the fries were sooo cold. This is the worst Mc Donald’s that I have ordered from, but it is the only one that will deliver to me.

I would like to congratulate the amazing service I just received from this McDonalds very polite workers especially one named Olivia this has always been my go to store

I can't say we've EVER had a good experience here.
They ALWAYS get something wrong.
Doesn't matter if eating in, taking away or delivery, they always fail at something. Have given way too mamy chances & always reminded why we shouldn't bother.
& Forget contacting them, they basically laugh as they don't care

Bought bacon angus meal got it home not only was it cold but look like it had been sitting for ages tried calling 4 time with no answer so came back to the store and was given another one even after I asked for it to be fresh made it wasn't and I asked for another one and the guys just said it was fresh a d stormed off then he returned with a fresh one and nearly chucked at me and turned and walked away saying something under his breath his name was Mitch not very impressed by both Mitch and your duty manager and by reading on some of the other review for your amstall store I feel it need a major over haul of some of its staff and more supervision from your managers

Worse McDonald’s ever! I had red hair in my pancakes from one of the crew members hair. I took it back a lady with red hair didn’t believe me as she already removed the the red hair. Then proceeded to give me stale pancakes. Feral place.

This Maccas is disgusting. We have given them so many chances and hope that maybe this time it will be better but it never is. The way they make the food is disgusting, cold or old. Hot chocolates always taste like water. The staff are never friendly. We are over it and will not be giving them any more chances. The biggest waste of money!
