McDonald's Altona

Cheese burger with no cheese. Soggy fries and wrong drink. How many mistake can they make in one order? ! Very sad to see such a good maccas turn into this…

I just ordered Uber eats and the food took 20 minutes to get 2 minutes down the road, the fries were cold, the burger was sloppy and the drink lid was no placed. The amount of times I’ve had to personally drive down and show them the quality is ridiculous. I just called the McDonald’s manager and he couldn’t even string a sentence together, sounds like a complete lost cause, couldn’t even talk to me, he was just breathing down the phone and stuffer it. You’re a franchise and your customer service skills are 0 to none, also expected to uphold a service and food standard… no standards and never ordering from here again. I’m literal appalled

Terrible drive through service and grumpy staff and manager. I has a mcafe cofee deal on the app and so I ordered a soy chai latte. And the staff was saying how I can't do that, it has to be coffee only. I said I've done it previously at other stores. Manager came to sort things out but was extremely rude about it.

I was enjoying my wonderful day until I was rudely assaulted by a very short female looking person who I believe her name was Sam Sheppard after asking the manager. Sam claimed I had not payed for my order and decided to call me words such as "poor" and "idiotic" which I am appalled at the lack of respect shown by this young lady

3rd time in a row I have been delivered bacon & egg mcmuffin instead of saussage & egg.

And once was delivered someone elses order without offer of compensation from staff. Basically said oh, bad luck.

If your staff can't even read an order properly, I have little faith whomever does their training is competent.

Do yourself a favor and just go to a different McDonalds.

They served my order off the front counter screen and didnt pack my order i had to approach them and remind them my order hasnt been recieved, used to work at maccas these mistakes shouldnt happen

I was served by a person named ‘Charlie’ he was so terrible at serving me. Got my order wrong, and used sexist slurs against me for no reason. The customer service was so bad I’m never returning to a McDonald’s because this experience was so horrible. I hope you check in with your staff because this needs to change. He should not be working there if he’s going to treat the customers like this.

Very courteous & friendly. Happy environment, while sipping my chia coffee & toasted cheese & bacon. Very clean.

Food taste dry but convenient. Staff is very cooperating but sometimes make mistakes. Understand it reasonably. Busy place

Highly recommended this McDonald’s, Finn the manager was so kind and helpful, it’s good to see service like this as it doesn’t happen often.

Great location. However shop can get very busy that cause delays receiving your order. Otherwise customer service and food quality are consistently good.

Shoutout to the workers at Altona north McDonald’s. Came in today with a really difficult and big order for my sons soccer team and they got the entire order right with no mistakes. They had great hospitality, amazing and kind staff especially the manager who even helped us carry all the food out to our car! Thank you guys so much! We placed the order at around 6: 30 on 16/03/21 so please acknowledge the work the manager and team that were rostered on during this time did for us!

Ordered a small meal and it took them well over an hour to make it. No one picked up and I called MULTIPLE times to see where my order was. Arrived cold.very disappointed. Though I'm quite used to this maccas getting orders wrong.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I occasionally go there late at night and I have never had good quality food. The night staff need to change and so do the care level. If you can't make something properly find a new job. The photo attached is suppose to an Angus burger.more like lettuce burger with a little beef!

7pm 19/3/21-Terrible service, hate leaving bad comments never have but I'm over this McDonalds not only to they always get my orders wrong but tonight I was in a massive rush and ordered two coffees. They gave me full cream milk instead of almond. I have an allergy and can get very sick from this and to top it off BOTH coffees were filled half way and the rest was bubbled milk not even froth so clearly someone doesn't know how to froth the milk correctly. Never going here again. I'm very understanding if your busy and people are training but no-one was in the drive-thru and surely you should atleast consider people's allergies.

Fast, but can get your order completely wrong. The customer service is good, not great, but not bad either. 3 stars for mostly getting my orders right and being fast.

The guy with the spider webb tattoos on his elbow can be more professional next time. And try to be a little more supportive towards the customers needs and orders as it's what we've paid for. Hoping for a better experience next time: D

Not usually into doing a review but received my order and have never been so disappointed. The sausage mcmuffin was completely stale and no way edible! Secondly it was like my partners burger had all the lettuce and mine without. Lastly we had not recieved our drinks.

Can you please provide hand sanitizer in your restaurant for the dining in customers to use? Just for a little peace of our mind.

Very busy Sunday evening humid weather left takeaway thick shake more like a milk shake, but staff did their best to give everyone prompt service.
