From having the rudest female Manager work there, to people who can't take simple orders, to not being able follow instructions on how to make your coffee correctly. If they get something right, buy a lotto ticket. Calling it a Restaurant is a slap in the face to the hospitality Industry.

Had to wait in the drive through for 39 mins only to find out that there were no frappes. Ordered something else only for them to get the order incorrect which happened the previous time also.

I go to McDonald restaurants on regular basis. Today is the worst one. They didn't prepare my food. After more than 15 mins, I asked the manager lady. She was very aggressive and rude. She shouting, telling me that she had been calling my number.and I had been standing in front of the counter, waiting, straight after I ordered.

Waited in the drive through for 2 frozen cokes for literally close to 20 minutes (not kidding) and when we got to the payment window, the girl serving us didn’t even apologise for the wait. Probably wasn’t her fault, but still basic customer service should apply.
When we got the drinks, I asked why it was such a long wait (out of curiosity) and again, without apologising for the wait, the response was “um, just like a lot of people and we’re kind of understaffed”… BUT 20 MINUTES IN A DRIVE THROUGH FOR FAST FOOD?
Thankfully I don’t live in the area so I’m going to avoid this McDonald’s at all costs, worst experience I’ve ever had at a maccas, really depressing.

This place is a disgrace, I took my down syndromes brothers out to have a nice meal only to find out my 20 nuggets have 10 and my brothers triple cheeseburger had 1 patty it was a special day as was my nana bday so very disappointed will definitely not be visiting anytime soon.

The slowest drive through and service ever! 10 mins for 2 happy meals and then my chops was forgotten. Slowest staff ever.

Charging $5.30 for a strawberry sundae when on the app it’s clearly $4.25, the person at the drive thru wouldn’t even check if it’s true or not and just said I don’t know, should train your staff better

Actually one of the best Maccas meals I've ever eaten - if they're consistently this good I'll happily drive 25 minutes for it

This has to be the worst in the area all the employees are way to young, from food prep to service they can't be trusted or relied to provide satisfactory service our meal were putrid and the service was a dog's breakfast. Disgusting

I ak3d to change my coke yo without ice one because I was not good in healt to drink too cold food. The persona who saved me told straight away " No I cant" After I told " sorry " then she change her changed her attitude as like very rude and changed my coke.

I ordered McCrispy Deluxe but it came out with the normal McCrispy burger. Orange juice tastes like water.

Couldn’t handle a wet fart!
28 minutes in the drive thru for a $6.80 burger delayed for one car.
However the manager on duty was super cool
Couldn’t say much for the rest of the dippy disinterested staff especially the one with nasty attitude.

I finished ordering online at 11: 40 pm and went to pick up the meal. The door was closed and I paid but didn’t get the meal. The waiters inside were all chatting. Two customers came in the meantime and they couldn’t get the meal.can't opened the door so I left. I really don’t understand it at all.

Everybody is standing around and nobody is working, they would be better off closing this McDonald’s down and using the space for something.

Ridiculously slow and it wasn't even busy. Tables dirty. Not cleaned at all in over 40mins I was there waiting for a happy meal.

A shout out to Wendy from McDonald's Keysborough south, she is just the loveliest barista. Always happy and provides the best service.

Update: below review remains the same but the drive through at this maccas is consistently the slowest I have ever seen, prepare to wait over 20minutes for just a coffee

Food is always good being Mecca's obviously but this place has consistently amazing service and always gets the coffee order perfect!

I am here ordering every midnight because im soo far from home so its closest place to my work to have my meal at, the girl with red hair shes very rude all the time, the orders are always messy whenever shes there, she always yells at the other poor guy that works with her, especially on 27/07/23 and 28/07/23 I arrived in the drive through complaining about my last meal and all what i said was please i beg u make it fresh I haven’t had a meal since morning the same girl was there she started yelling And screaming over the Mic and giving me attitude for no reason at all, This is the worst service I have ever experienced and i promise it’s a very big loss of money and damage For the owner

I ordered food twice and they got my order wrong both times I also ordered another time my Order was wrong again.this McDonald’s has gotten my order wrong.and this place is a waste of money
