McCoppins - Hawthorn

Great store with lots of high quality products. Cameron has served me multiple times and is always on the ball and super helpful, highly recommend.

I went to buy something that was on their Instagram but they hadn't had it for months because it was a seasonal product, but I found the best wine store for miles. You wouldn't know it but this place has one of the most amazing and broad ranges of wine (and beer too). There's a lot of random gems in here so kudos from high end to great value, and they have my favourite vermouth.

Lovely little grocery store full of organic goodies at a fair price! The staff are super helpful and friendly, it's always an enjoyable trip everytime we get to pop in there! The entrance and aisles are both accessible for mobility equipiment which is a huge plus! 10/10 will go again!

Great local grocery with a proper deli that sells a good selection of high end delights. Some really nice premade dinners, along with quality pantry items. Reasonable alcohol options as well with some good wine deals. They do wine/cheese tastings each week hosted by a local distributor. Staff are friendly and the baked goods are a win

Bought some beautiful natural wines from here. One of the guys on staff talked me through all the different types and really helped me get some good ones! Great customer service and produce.

Be aware that when they stock items on the shelves, they don’t always align the items with the tag prices on the shelves. This has happened to me twice. The first time, they said they credited my card, but the charge was never reversed. The second time, they told me that it was my fault for not carefully reading the fine print on the shelf tags. This is no way to run a store, especially when you charge a premium for your products.

McCoppins is a fantastic little local grocery with a wide range of commodity and luxury items. I walk here every couple of days to buy necessities. Nice to also have the pop up fruit shop as part of the supermarket after their fire last year. Staff here are great - always friendly and helpful. Great for people to support this place for diversity from the big supermarket chains.

Love this shop. You get the feeling of a gourmet shop mixed in with your local milk store. Love the quality and only wish I could afford to shop here more often.

Great selection of Deli items, groceries (basics) and alcohol. I really like their range of wine & craft beers. They occasionally have tasting available and the staff are really helpful with recommendations if you're not sure what to get.

They also recently had a pop up in-store with fresh produce that I am yet to try.

Seems like plenty of Astroturfing going on here from "customers" with only 1 review under their belt. The shop is convenient for picking up a last minute item but is overpriced. The service is hit and miss on the day.

A bit more expensive than supermarket. Suitable for a quick shopping if you don't want to go too far to the nearest supermarket.

Absolutely blessed to be in walking distance of this terrific store. An amazing deli, fantastic fresh bread every day, and a truly impressive selection of interesting and special groceries, sauces, drinks and other little treats. Plus you couldn't find nicer staff if you tried. Happy days!

Overpriced stock and poor customer service. Also be aware of incorrect shelf prices that the staff don't care about.

The self absorbed staff appear more interested in chatting to their friends than serving customers.
