Great shoes! I was amazed at the products and the salesperson! Spent a few hours looking in multiple shopping centres for a pair of shoes for my wedding but in vain. Went to McCloud and found then in 5 min.

Good shoes and very friendly service, repairs probably aren’t worth it. I’ve bought some nice shoes from McCloud shoes.

Regrettably, I naively agreed to repair a pair of Lloyd’s that I purchased previously… the repair ended up close to 60% of the cost of getting a new pair. In future, I think I would be better off putting that money toward a new pair.

My experience at McCloud was simply sublime! Patrizia Composto was the Sales Executive that assisted me, her guidance and expertise was critical to my choice and I would highly recommend Patrizia to guide prospective buyers through McCloud's resplendent collection. Furthermore, Patrtizia's work was elevated when she found the perfect belt to match; although the right colour was not in stock, her colleague Harry ensured that the right colour was ordered and received in time for my special event - thank you both for all your great work!

An incredible store, great range of Loake, ECCO and thier own Melbourne made shoes. Paul was so experienced and helpful.

Immediately comfortable upon walking in that the staff were professional and happy to help. Purchased my first pair of Loakes - in fact my first pair of anything with a leather sole. An enjoyable process from start to finish. Answered every question I had about care and maintenance, and threw in some polish, a cloth and a brush.

Sometimes it's the little things that add up to a great experience, and that's certainly the case here.

The service is very personalised and she understands what is important for us when it comes to buying shoes. Shopped here for the 1st time recently. Got my 1st pair of Loake Shoes. They are fantastic! So comfortable. Great service, really felt that I was being looked after properly.

After searching high and low for the right shoes for my wedding, it was so refreshing to find McCloud shoes. I was instantly impressed with their range, their knowledge and their service. I purchased the Berwick 1707 shoes from McCloud; they fit so well, didn't need to be broken in at all and were so comfortable all day, just as was promised. Thank you to the team at McCloud! Just bought a great pair of aussie made shoes. Fantastic service even through my kids were making a racket. Took the time to find the right shoes for me.

Early days but with hand made products I'm confident the quality is there - the service certainly is.

Edit: It's 2020 and the shoes lasted well. Unfortunately my new Dog literally ate them so I'll need to buy a new pair!
