McCann's Plumbing Supplies

We went there today to purchase some bathroom items for our Reno, we walked in the showroom at 11: 54 to be told that they were closed by some very rude women, not even prepared to let us have a quick look!

I'm shopping from here a number of years. Today I served first time from Patrick. He is an amazing, kind man. Businesses needs more people like him! Thank you Patrick.

Horrible People.
Bought an Aulic Vanity here in late 2021, within weeks the doors started to crack and swell. Flat out refused to do anything as the supplier said Vanity wasn't warranted against water damage!?
After heated discussion between myself and their supplier over the phone, he agreed to replace the doors (I had to take the old doors to Mcannes and pick up new ones)
After a few months the same happened and swelling has also started on cabinet itself!
I showed the doors two 2 independent manufacturers of Vanity's and both said its definitely manufacturing defect or very poor quality laminate.
Never shopping at Mcannes again nor buying Aulic brand!

Her friendly nature, attention to detail and her product knowledge has ensured we have an ensuite and bathroom that look fantastic and didn't break the bank.

Excellent service if material required not in stock it can be ordered and normally available next day also excellent delivery service materials to my customers address ready for me to carry out my jobs good quality fittings taps and plumbing goods

A few weeks ago. I went there, chasing up some thread adaptors for my sink. A young asian man was serve me with very poor customer service. He wouldn't helpful, and talk very rude.l would never recommend this place to anyone after my experience.

Shocking service. Staff was rude and horrible. Please, can you guys at least train your staff? As these sort of terrible customer service will chase all customers away. As a result, we would never comeback and spend money here again. There are no short of places providing plumbing service nearby.

Excellent service- friendly and helpful staff who know their products. A lot of our choices were made over the phone and I was pleased with how efficient Anna, Ricky and the team are. Ricky delivered our goods promptly, he was helpful and friendly. Good customer service, excellent quality products and competitive prices.

Walked in there last week and a young man was behind the desk knowing that he would know about plumbing asked him if he can supply me with the general connections for a fridge connection and he said l know nothing about it and just looked at me totally oblivious.l would never recommend this place to anyone after my experience.

McCanns, Now this is one plumbing place one should go to if you are renovating or building.
You might want to shop at Reeces but why would you as they can not compete with McCanns
I priced a job with the same materials for a house, and there was over a $3000.00 difference between the two plumbing shops.
Needless to say, I now only shop at McCanns from then on,
All tapware comes from the same places as each shop supplies its just there profit margins seem very high at Reeces.
Apart from that the staff at McCanns are very friendly and know what they are on about, great service and a credit to them.

Anna is the most amazing sales rep.always there to help along with the team from mccanns.fabulous staff, love working with mccanns to get all building materials from.
