From the first visit from Mark to the completed water pipe repair our experience with MBM Plumbing was excellent. The very professional manner the inspection & quote process was handled right through to the completed job meant it was a stress-free time. Everything was explained with options for different scenarios and nothing was pushed on us. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the end cost came in way under the top quote given. Would highly recommend MBM Plumbing to anyone.

I had Mark come over a look at a drainage problem at my premises. He was straight to the point, came up with a solution and in one week my problem was solved. Mark and his team were very professional and organised, they came to do a job and did it well. I would highly recommend MBM Plumbing and if need be, I will be using them again.

I smelled a faint of gas and sent an inquiry online for gas leak detection, no response. Then I called the number listed on the website the next day directly, no response. I understand that we are all indeed facing quite a lot of difficulties with the lockdown and the weather conditions lately. I also would like to think their reputation ought to be well received due to all the good reviews they had. However, I could not rate this service a 5 star if it was impossible to establish the communication with them in the fist place in a could-be emergency situation.

We had a faint smell of gas in the house and Mark's team promptly identified a gas leak and worked with us on the most cost effective option to get it fixed and then liaised with our gas company to upgrade our meter regulator.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team.

Contacted MBM for a quotation on the renovation of two bathrooms and laundry. Mark arrived as planned and spent the time discussing my projects and provided various options I might consider in order to get the best finished product. I was impressed with Marks professionalism and attention to detail. Had my circumstances not changed with the sale of my property I would have confidently signed MBM to proceed with the renovations.

I've had to use MBM a few times and have yet to find fault. Mark and his team are so friendly and excellent at what they do - I'd not hesitate to use them again.

We had an emergency situation as a water pipe had burst inside our bedroom wall and to stop the leaking, we had to turn water off at mains, which meant no toilet, kitchen or bathroom use of any kind. Our insurance company contacted MBM, who wasted no time and sent Julian and Jacob to our job. They were respectful, understanding and calming in their knowledge. The job was completed efficiently and very effectively and within no time, the pipe was repaired and water restored to our home. The entire process with MBM was easy and they handled the urgency very professionally. Highly recommended.

MBM Plumbing were very professional from the start - clear communication and turned up on time. I was quickly put at ease as Mark demonstrated his knowledge, but then he won my trust as he found a way to solve the problem quickly and not drag time on so he'd make more money. Mark has installed all our Air conditioning units over a number of years, even removed and re-fitted at short notice when we've moved factories, his prices were well below anyone else, customer service well above everyone else & the units are still going years later, big thumbs up from us!
