I ordered my ring two and a half months before my wedding, with the guarantee that it would arrive in 2 weeks. Every week from then I had to call and ask if it had arrived, and everytime I got the same answer - “next week it will be here”. I didn’t end up receiving my ring one week before my wedding, so I had to get a full refund. With no ring and no apology from the manager.
