Bought Tissot Seaster 1000 powermatic 80. Rachael is a lovely person, very welcoming and explains everything properly. One of the best customer service experience you will have.

Went to buy the graduation grift for me. There were only two sales person who was I think was Sinier sales person even didnot look at to us and ordered the junior staff to assist us.the junior staff Nicole was extremely helpful and aware of what am into.she gave me all my queries with great smile and patience. The sinier sales staff was thinking may be we gonna waste her time. The shop was not busy but high point was very busy on Easter Saturday, couple of customers showing interest on Rado watch was including my friend but the sinier lady was icy cold. She was not rude but she was not even smiling or greeting customers.

Disgusting
If I can rate -5 I would.

The worst retail experience I’ve ever had.
This company is a disgrace, they call themselves luxury but this couldn’t be further from the truth. I don’t recommend anyone buy from there, they are thieves and you will be disappointed guaranteed. They’re only helpful until they take your money!
I sent an untouched watch back (after approval email from head office) for a refund as they have easy returns policy, they kept the watch and refuse to give me my money back.
They have blocked my emails too! This is the msg I receive when I try to email head office

“Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it. ”

We need to stop this robbery!

We bought a watch (Longines) from this store 3 weeks ago (in highpoint) but the watch was damaged and not working precisely, after telling them they did not accept.they are very irresponsible regarding what they sell.
They don not answer and they are not responsible they just send it to the factory after insisting and at first try to fly us. I highly recommend avoid buying anything from this store.

Went in to purchase ring that was on special, when i asked what grade diamond was the shop assistant told me it was an i cut, with no other knowlegde or forth information on i cut, purchased but left in store for resizing.went home to do some investigating found that diamond cut i is one of the poorest cuts of diamond, this ring was reatiling at 7000.00 and was reduced to 3600.00.i rang first thing in morning boxing day to put resizing off and cancell purchase as i didnt feel i was getting money worth on purchase and i felt sales assistant was not transparent on how poor cut the diamond was, its taken 2 weeks to talk to the manager only to be told that we cannot get a refund as they think i have changed my mind and she does not have the power to refund, not given the right information on a purchase is a very good reason to rethink purchase especially a purchase of this size i would stay away from this place

These guys judge you on appearance. Really bad practices second time coming in and second time being judged on looks. Staff are unpleasant.

Rachel was absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly.

Felt like we were purchasing from an old friend.

Not pushy at all and so knowledgeable.

Highly recommended even if they were understaffed.

Purchased an expensive watch for my son as a gift for his engagement.
After giving it to him he said he didn’t need a watch as he had several watches
I rang the store a week later to return it & was told they don’t do returns only exchanges!
If we were told this at the time of purchase I never would of purchased it for him.
I would not recommend anyone to shop in this store.
They like to take your money but refuse to return it if the item is not suitable!

Anna was extremely helpful while I was buying a ring for my wife. I came in with no idea what to buy and came out with a happy wife. Excellent service, great price for a gorgeous ring. Do yourself a favour and come over to Mazzuchelli’s, great products with reasonable prices.

Great customer service, we shopped around highpoint looking for a tisslot watch and ended up getting one at Mazzucchelli's thanks to great customer service, very nice and very helpful, great price.

I bought an engagement ring (Rand) from Mazzucchelli in July 2014, followed by a wedder (also Rand) in January 2015. I bought extended care plans (ECP) with both rings. The rings were fine until we used the care plans. In July 2017, shortly after receiving the rings back from ECP routine maintenance, which is supposed to include “resetting and tightening of stones”, one of the diamonds from the wedder was missing.

Mazzucchelli took both rings back and sent them in for re-checking and replacement of the missing stone. By December 2017, the same wedder was missing two stones. Mazzucchelli initially ignored my attempts to communicate by email, but eventually responded in January 2018. Both rings were again taken back and repaired.

In March 2020, both rings were sent in for their routine ECP maintenance. They had not faults or missing stones at the time. Within less than a week of getting the rings back the wedder was again missing a stone. Also, the engagement ring, which had been fine prior to sending in for ECP had its main centre piece stone significantly loose and off-centre. I took the rings back in person to High Point store, they would not accept them back due to Covid-19. I contacted them by email on 26 March 2020 asking for a solution. I was told to take them back to High Point who would help me. I advised Head Office that I had already tried that and they would not accept the rings. To date, that last email has had no response from Mazzucchelli.

With the lifting of restrictions, my wife took both her rings in to High Point on 25 June 2020. By this time the wedder was missing two stones. Yesterday, 30 June, she received a call stating that the jeweller had decided that the missing stones were due to wear by the user and were not accepting responsibility for the loss. She advised them that the first stone went missing within less than a week of Mazzucchelli supposedly “resetting and tightening of stones” as part of the ECP. She further advised that the rings are never worn for work, exercise or anything even mildly strenuous and that there were no stones missing or loose prior to sending the rings in for maintenance. Mazzucchelli refused to take any responsibility and will only undertake further repair at our expense.

I would not recommend shopping at Mazzucchelli and strongly advise against purchase of their Extended Care Plan. It is a rort!
