Received an unsolicited, unaddressed flyer for this aged care facility in our mailbox today despite large and clear signs on our mailbox stating 'Addressed Mail Only' and 'No Unsolicited Advertising Material'.

If we can't trust them to obey postal regulations can we really trust them to care for our elderly?

The Mayflower Reservoir staff are caring for our mother during her most challenging time in her life. As her siblings we could not have asked for a better place for our mother to be comfortable, looked after and staff so caring for her needs. All the staff are exceptional and are special which makes as siblings feel at ease that our mother is in a safe place. Special thanks goes out to all nursing staff and careers. Thank you

A lovely new facility with caring and knowledgeable staff and professional team overall. I rest assured that my beloved mum is in good hands. I have written this review on my own accord to assist others looking for an excellent nursing home.

To Robert & all the staff at the Mayflower nursing home, reservoir, I would like to say a big "THANK YOU" for doing such an incredible job taking care of my mother, even more so, during this pandemic. Thank you for doing everything possible in keeping my mother and other residents safe and comfortable. I can't thank you enough Robert, Param, nursing, catering and other staff for always showing the ultimate amount of compassion and professionalism, going extra miles and thank you for informing me at all times on my mother's well being. For my mother "Mayflower" is a home away from home. The staff is wonderfull, skilled and professional. I can honestly say that my family and I considered team at mayflower to be a part of our family. Robert you have something very very special going on in your facility at Mayflower reservoir. I miss you all and I miss my precious loving mother so much. With many thanks and love.

I love it when I get to work here. The staff are so warm and friendly, the residents are lovely and it has a real community feel!

I would like to thank management and staff at Mayflower Reservoir for keeping my auntie safe and well, as well as all the other residents during these tough times. You guys are amazing and do such a great job. Thank you for all the messages and keeping us up to date and making us feel reassured. I miss visiting Mayflower Reservoir and seeing the friendly team. I know that my auntie is well looked after and is in good hands. I am very grateful that she is in Mayflower.
