Very disappointing. Beware of any purchases through Mayfair Australia. My advice is do not proceed. The after sales service and honouring of faulty products is non existant. My purchase became unusable after less than 2 week of use through no fault of our own. Mayfair were not interested in helping us with a replacement part and offered no help or assistance in any way. I would not recommend buying through them. I offered to send photos and return the faulty bags but they were not interested in anyway. Very poor service.

Was disappointed with the product and tried contacting Mayfair to resolve the issue, but despite email, phone and text messages heard nothing. Had to resort to driving down to their address in Croydon only to find an empty building with no signage and nobody inside. Is this actually a legitimate business? Still waiting for a reply!
