Ordered 2 x 20KG weight plates with 30mm holes yesterday and received these at my home in metro Melbourne this morning. Outstanding dispatch and delivery processing times. The quality of the cast iron weight plates that I received were also good. I was concerned about delivery time from Sydney to Melbourne but Terry at Maxxus confirmed I'd received the order early next week. Under promise and over deliver - that's how you win repeat customers. Thank you, Maxxus. Even though I'm based in Melbourne, Maxxus is now my go to for home gym supplies.

The delivery time was 31/08/2020 when I made the purchase. On 27/08/2020 I sent an email to ensure that my order is on time and they said yes it will be dispatched on time and I cancelled my gym membership. However, on 31/08 they sent an email that I have to wait another 4 weeks to receive the order. Just frustrating experience

Decent product range but they charge for delivery stating their prices are lower compared to the ones if competitors which is not true.

I order items online all the time, must recently a washer and a dryer and I never paid a cent for delivery.

Terry and the Maxxus team have been super responsive and helpful in providing quality gear for my home setup during Covid. Delivery to my interstate address has been fast and efficient. I will continue to support this business.
