A very simple breakfast. The chef could not work through an omelet with just cheese.because the menu said it had to have vegies!

Good coffee friendly staff who take covid rules seriously. We sat at a table outside and it was very pleasant, the menu has a good variety.

I could not say how much it was a terrible experience. We head there for a cup of coffee as it was the closest place open after 4 pm. Their coffee was not a coffee at all I tried to force myself to drink it but I could not. In addition, the shop is not that clean some spiders ️ webs ️ coffer most of the selling and corners. I hope they can give more attention to that point as well as their barista too. It would be ahead advantage to hire a good specialist barista if they can. I do not recommend this place. Good luck.

Atmosphere was kind of all over the place, was loud with the music and really hard to talk. Food was ok.

Was a bit disappointed in being charged for using credit card. Would have paid in cash if I had been forwarded. I have never paid extra for using a credit card!

Very disappointed with takeaway lamb souvlaki last night. $25 got 3 small skewers with a total of about 6 pcs of lamb and a couple of bits of capsicum and onion and accompaniment of almost all rocket and some limp chips.

Went for a private function upstairs.intimate, lovely, cozy, great service amazing tasty food.

Bad service and unhygienic food quality. Had approached the staff in charge to feedback and was surprised at the ignorance to constructive feedback. This restaurant was run well by David and Beck.

It was an unpleasant surprise for us to learn that the restaurant has changed hands to new owners. The quality of the food and the restaurant upkeep has been compromised. This restaurant has lost its glory.

Total disappointment with the new owners!

Standard every day corner cafe. Average food. Average vibe. Great meeting space upstairs and cute little touch they left on the table

Had the chilli prawns (after checking they weren't going to be too hot) with rice & salad & they were delicious. They might prepare hotter ones if requested? Everyone else really enjoyed their meal too and the service was excellent. We're planning to go back soon with another group of friends.

We had breakfast Sunday, unfortunately it wasn't fantastic. My frittata was cold and like rubber, my egg was cold. My partner's wasn't any better. It took way too long to come out, we were hungry and time poor so ate as much as we could and left disappointed

Went here for mothers day. Food was just okay. Poached eggs were good but hollandaise looked store bought and tasted bland.

For all those that look for reviews before going to places, Max's Corner is the place to go!
I held an occasion for my daughter with my family and not a single bit disappointment. Very friendly staff with extremely fast service. Every plate on the table was well presented and all plates were emptied as quick as they came out. I have no complaints and definitely no regrets having my daughters day there. A big shout out to Sam for his professional service and a friendly attitude. Definitely a 5 star rating and can't wait to meet up with some friends for another bite to eat. Also, a big mention to Marie for organising, preparing and being such a help in the lead up of the event.

Aafter waiting 45 minutes for our food it arrived cold and 3 orders were incorrect.
The egg and bacon roll was the blandest burger I have ever eaten. It had the smallest piece of bacon a bit of cheese and no sauce.
I will never return to this cafe and advise others to think about it before going!

Max’s corner IS THE BEST at not only amazing quality food but the service is INCREDIBLE!

We had a function at Max's Corner in the upstairs function room and thanks to the staff, we have a flawless, amazing event. The staff were so accommodating to our needs and the service could not be faulted. Food and drinks were so good! I really recommend this place!

Had pasta from here today, absolutely delicious, and friendly staff. Definitely on my regular list now.

We had my parent’s anniversary celebration here last night and I have to say that the service was amazing! Especially from the asian waiter that tended to us excellently and was absolutely friendly. Food was very comforting and very well priced.

Good food. Staff are happy to alter dishes to make them gluten free eg leave the croutons out of caesar salad. Friendly service.
