Very happy with Maxalence consulting on my website design. They have been thorough and on time. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

I wanted to share my experience with you about the service I received from Maxlence Consulting.

First of all, the description of their service and their promises are deceitful. Before the payment was made, they promised everything was achievable. However, their designers are incompetent. They failed to follow customer instructions and all designs and changes were largely based on their assumptions. For example, clear instructions of the label color were given, but the color scheme remains unchanged in submitted work.

Secondly, the quality of the service is poor. The conditions were extremely unfair. They suddenly informed me that they were going to end the project before I received the final designs. After I made a complaint, they even threatened to charge me an extra $850.

So, I paid $1385 to receive the incomplete work that does not suit my needs, the poor service and the threats to charge me more money.

Charged $1500 for a label design yet don't even have a dusty rose color I appointed.highly unprofessional and highly suspect they don't even any design programs in their computer system

Maxlence Consulting has been looking after my plumbing business, I have been very happy with the results that they have achieved from digital marketing…I highly recommend their services
