A friend of mine went into this shop and asked the storeman for help to pick out a sewing machine for me that wasn't too expensive and easy to use as I have a hand disability.
He picked out my lincraft elite 100 at a very reasonable price.
The machine has been nothing short of absolute magic. It's made my learning experience so pleasurable.

My mother has a 30 year old Singer sewing machine, and we had been to another shop that only sold modern electronic machines. Her machine was skipping stitches. She was told then that her machine was probably not fixable, and that we should purchase a new machine - my mother was devastated, she loves her old machine and knows it well.

How glad were we to find Kevin online who has knowledge of the older/manual models of machines. Kevin first tried to help my mother troubleshoot the issue through the website's online messaging system (at no cost).

We ended up still having to being the machine into the shop and Kevin's magic hands fixed my mother's machine in a matter of minutes. And as a bonus, he charged us only a very small fee too!

Absolutely amazing. I took my sewing machine here after a week of headaches trying to solve a problem on my own. I dropped it off and got it back 2hrs later in perfect working condition. They are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services.
