THE MOST ATROCIOUS WAY TO DO BUSINESS.order placed and paid on the 1st of January for a guaranteed delivery by 25th January. 30th of January still no order delivered despite assurances on the 27th it will be delivered over the weekend, Child had to go to school without anything. As other reviews state, impossible to speak to anyone in the business unless you pretend to be a teacher, then you'll eventually speak to a lady named Claudia or Sheriden whom have no information, no courtesy and simply repeat "you'll just have to wait for your order" and "I'm not in the warehouse I don't know" and "I'm ending the call now, I have other work to do".
They have one person answering a phone line that is swamped with innumerous similarly dissatisfied customers, thus you will NEVER get through to the parent's line, don't even bother, and DO NOT SPEND A CENT WITH THIS COMPANY, your funds will be far better spent elsewhere.

Terrible service. So many promises for delivery dates that passed by before my girls’ books were finally delivered at 6pm 3 days after they had started school!

To make it worse, they tried to blame the courier company instead of owning up to their own poor management. The courier who delivered to me was the only one who provided decent service. He had been given the wrong address for one of the boxes but figured out that there was a typo and it was really mine.

Waited over a month for my order, with the status never changing from "Not Processed', with no response to calls or emails. Raised a dispute with my bank for goods not received and lo and behold, I received an email then my order 2 days later! Highly recommend the Commonwealth Bank, would not recommend this place.

This companies service is a joke. If you want the items you ordered for delivery to arrive well after they are needed then this is the company for you. As an added bonus they will forget to pack some items they claim were delivered and give you an excuse about back order products with no communication as to when or if you will receive them. Avoid like the plague.

Completely dissatisfied with this company. Placed orders on the 14th November 22 for new school year well before any cut offs and still no packs for either of my kids. Poor communication by the company as to the delay and promises they will be delivered with a timeline and yet they still don’t arrive. Sent two emails already asking for a response and still no reply. I have previously worked in the school booklist list field (competitor) and know how crazy it gets but this is completely appalling the lack of customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone, better doing it yourself at least you’ll get your order.

These clowns are absolutely appalling. Order bookpack 3 weeks ago and was told it was delivered and upon contacting them after not being received, they said it had not been sent out yet and will be a week later. Then a week later I called and they told me it will be sent the following week. Absolutely unprofessional bunch of people. The unfortunate thing is we as parents cannot choose a different provider as the school has partnered with them. Nor do they have the option of collecting from warehouse, Stay away if you have the option!

My order was placed in November, it’s now feb and still no books! I’ve sent numerous emails and wasted so much time trying to phone through, no one answers the phone or numerous emails. If you value your time and money just go to Officeworks. I’m doubting if these books will ever come. Terrible experience.

Terrible customer service, there is not customer service at all. Where is the human being?

Awful experience, it was a nightmare getting out our orders, and there were picking errors and no one is responding to emails or phone calls.

Service is such a nightmare! Repeatedly tried reaching their customer care line with no luck. Books ordered by 2nd week of December are delayed till date with no proper follow ups or communications on revised delivery date. Price point is slightly higher not competitive enough. Orders are bit rigid with no flexibility to pick and choose.

Had nothing bad costumer service and experience with this company. Had ordered my children’s school supplies on the 12th of Jan and then after not hearing anything for a few days I had emailed to check the status and then received an email back saying they are experiencing delays but I’ll receive my delivery on the 25th today comes and I still have no dispatch email or update. After trying to contact them yesterday and no answer I called today and was told it wasn’t even picked yet and I will not be receiving my order in time for school.not only did I get no update from them but after chasing them I have 2 days to get my children’s books for school. Horrible experience would not recommend.

It’s a big deal to have to have government schools order from your company! It’s probably a good idea to look after them even when troubles arise!
Extremely bad customer service. Ordered 2 book backs at the same time, one arrived the other did not. There are hundreds of these sort of complaints all over the school. They do not answer phone calls ever nor do they reply to emails. I KNOW you can do better than this! Just keep your customers updated; troubles arise in business but good communication goes a long long way!

I have a feeling my son's school books will not be delivered. Nor a refund will be issued. Just disgusting! There's absolutely no excuse for the so called "delay".

Ordered school books mid Nov 2022 for 2023 school year. Still haven't arrived in time for return to school. Not just me. The whole school haven't received there books.

Great for back to school orders. All packed into class boxes so easy for quick distribution. Price matching too.
