I don’t even want to give them any stars.
Not only was the the worst waxing I’ve ever seen but the woman was so hard to understand.
Don’t know where they were trained but I’m absolutely disgusted and now will have to get them fixed somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible experience! The manger working did my eyebrows and was so unprofessional! I showed a photo of my eyebrows previously of what I normally get. After the service I told her I was not happy as it was not what I asked for, she was extremely argumentative and disregarded me. She then went on to tell me how she didn’t get a “proper look” at the picture and that’s why it doesn’t look the same. After raising her voice and being extremely unprofessional and aggravated saying there is nothing she can do, I said I will not be paying for half the service.

No attempt or suggestions to fix my eyebrows.

The workers were being much more accommodating than the actual manger, will definitely not be going back!

I went to maxicare beauty secrets and got my lash extension done by Neha. I was very happy with my services. I had my eyelashes done & they look awesome! They were just what I had envisioned, not to long and not too thick. No pain, no clumps, pretty good timing too. Thank you Neha for your great service! Love it.

Went today and had my waxing facial eyebrows done by neha She is really very good in her work and she is very lovely and friendly as well and I love to come back here again and again only for neha services. Thank you for your great services

Had a classic set of eye lashes, technician was very quick but on her phone throughout. No stinging at all, really happy with the look. Would definitely come back!

I always go to maxicare beauty secrets from last 5 months and i always get a great results from neha. She is very lovely and friendly girl. She always do my threading perfect as i want.

Not happy with the service at all. No after care after threading. Eye brows do not match. Will not go again

Had my eyebrows done twice at this place, both times by different ladies. First lady is younger, was
ok.
Second time an older lady who I think did a better and more thorough job.

The ladies here at maxi are take good care of you and listen to what your after. Beautiful job ladies, you always manage to do a great job on my eyebrows

Firstly, tried to reschedule my appointment for later the same day. I called and asked and was told "no" then hung up on. So rude!
Next I went to my appointment and when I got there I was told they were busy and to go back later.
When I finally got my lash extensions done. I actually cried they were so bad.
There were so many gaps, straight and not curled and they started falling out the same day!
At checkout, they tried to charge me more than they quoted when they came in.
I don't know how this place is still in business.

The only place in melb I’ll go for my brows, always exactly what I ask for and the most beautiful shape that compliments my face not just a generic style used for everyone couldn’t recommend more

Absolutely best waxing and threading I’ve ever experienced. Staff has always been friendly and attentive.

I entered the salon. I was the only one their and the woman directed me to sit in their waiting area. She mumbled something then left the store. She came back about 5 minutes later. She proceeded to do my lip and brow threading, let's just say I waited longer to be served then the time she spent on my on the service

Told the lady not to touch the end of my brows. She ended up touching it. Threaded the end right off. My eyebrows look ridiculous.
Next time listen to what the customer asks for.

Tried to get my eyebrows threaded at lunch time today, the shop was empty except a female worker on a personal call on her mobile. She told me I just needed to wait 2 minutes, which I sat down and waited. 10 -15 minutes later this personal call was still going and had no end in sight.
Unfortunately this lost me as a customer.

My partner went to this beauty salon. They had great service and very cooperative staff. Staff is very welcoming and of professional level. I will recommend this salon for your family and loved ones.

Staff is really good at their work. I went their yesterday for the first time and I really have a good experience. I was really satisfied and the girl there made my eyebrows in extremely perfect shape. Apart from this the girl was very fast in threading and I hardly felt any pain on my chicks and forehead. I recommend to go there at least once to try the service.
