Both my mom and I are very unhappy with our eyelash extensions. The technician seemed rushed and indifferent, wearing AirPods throughout the session and not engaging with me at all. The lashes don't appear fluffy or full, and she completed a full set of volume lashes in under an hour. Despite showing her a photo of the desired look and her assurance that she understood, what she provided is far from what I asked for. I had an amazing experience with my lash lift. After some disappointing results from other stores, Navjot did an amazing job with giving me the results i wanted. She walked me through every step and my lash lift looks like extensions. Super happy with results

I would give no star to this place if I have an option. I did my eyebrow threading and chin hair removal from this so called saloon. I had only few hairs on my right side of the chin (which is not full chin). It took only few seconds for the staff to remove it but they charged me 15 dollars for chin hair removal (as they name it). I usually get it done for free in other parlours. I don’t mind if they charge me a reasonable amount but 15 dollars is too much. All they care about is money. Never recommend this place to anyone.

The lady was so much in rush and waxing so forcefully. I got wound all over my face after a wax. I used to do wax here often but no more.

Wanna start thsi by saying i NEVER complain but this isn’t good enough came to get a lash refill today.i got a full set about 2 weeks ago super happy i loved them.after leaving from getting my lashes refilled i realised i couldn’t not brush through them at all they hurt and it was already falling out plus they where uneven.i called asked for a refund.offered to show photos the said i could not get one unless i come back in.i could not come back in as i have work.they had there manager get on the phone and start shouting at me.i was with friends and the time and we where all speechless.he hung up on me after shouting.i called back asked for an email to send the photos of what my lashes look like too he said send them to his number which i did about 5 hours ago.no response.i strongly suggest going somewhere else unless u want all your lashes glued together and disgusting service.not good enough

I had gotten my facial done today. Very happy with the service. I got treated by Sandy and I was very impressed. I have gone to many places to get eyebrows, facials done but never have I ever witnessed someone not only polite but incredible at their job. With the results I received, I can notice perfectly the before and after results.

So last time I went here, the staff member seemed to be quite put out/ frustrated I wanted an underarm wax. She finally said okay (which is annoying enough, to have to push for a business to supply a service I booked for) and took me into the room to undress.

I'm then standing there half naked and she says I need to leave a 5 star review. I'm super uncomfortable but she was very pushy so I left one. She looked and said I needed to write good things too about the service. She kept trying to look through my phone to make sure it was a good review.

The waxer then used a wax roller/dispenser rather than disposable sticks on my underarms which was really gross! It made me wonder how many pits it had been used on, or where else it went, like did they use these for bikini or Brazilians. She didn't let me check the work before oiling and left behind lots or hairs that I had to fix later. When I've been in for a leg wax, they didn't do it very well either and there was hair left behind and the rest grew back in a week as they don't wax the root out properly.

They're quick and cheap but you get what you pay for. I would also seriously question the positive reviews here given they refuse to complete services midway through unless you give them 5 stars.

I went here to get my lash extensions and brows and I couldn’t have asked for a better service! Not only were the girls so sweet and friendly, the jobs they did were amazing. They listened to exactly what I asked for and as someone who’s quite picky, I was more than happy with how fluffy and perfect my lashes and brows turned out! I went on holiday straight after and my lashes lasted the whole time - couldn’t recommend these guys more!

I’ve been coming here for years to get my eyebrows threaded. The girls are lovely and they try their best to be gentle.

I attended this salon for eyelash extensions.after 6 days nearly all lashes had fallen off.so I rang the Manager to ask if I could get them fixed.he was rude and dismissive.but eventually agreed to set a time to have them repaired I attended the salon the next day to have them fixed up and the girl didn't know anything about it.she rang him and he said to do them.after my lashes were repaired they charged me for a full set and refused to what they had told me. I was forced to pay and I called the manager again to be verbally abused.calling me a liar and screaming at me. I'm not your servant over and over.this is the worst service I have ever received.will never attend this salon again and advise others to do the same. Disgusting

TERRIBLE service! I had an appointment which was post poned by 20 minutes all because the lady wanted to go have her lunch at 3 in the afternoon. Told me she’d be 10 minutes but DOUBLED it. FINALLY when i got her to do my lashes I went home with the complete opposite style to what i showed and explained to her and now an infected eye all because she put the bottom lash pad IN MY EYEBALL. She even admitted to going against the style i wanted saying she feels it looks better. Very angry and disappointed NEVER GOING BACK!

I called at 3 pm to ask when they close and they said 5, and when i reached at 4: 30 they said they are closed for cleaning and will not do eye brow threading, which is very bad as I called before coming. Then I went to another place which also closes at five and I reached there at 4: 50 and they did it, now that's what I call giving some value to customers time.

I have been going to this place for a while now, Priyanka is alway very pleasant and helpful
