This has always been my go to brow parlour despite its more premium pricing, but the standards and service have dropped significantly lately. I’ve been turned away twice or asked to come back/ make an appointment when the specialist clearly had no customer in store and was on her phone watching videos. Today I dropped by and decided to wait even though I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I decided to sit by the bench to wait and was called upon after 5 minutes passed. However, the specialist was not skilled at all leaving my eyelids with cuts and a poor shape. Horrible experience and I will never go back.

Excellent service done by Navroop. She did an amazing eyebrows and Facial service. Will definitely came back. Good Job young girl

A little disappointed with the service! The clinicians struggled to manage their time/people coming in effectively, kept saying yes and had customers waiting.this then impacted the quality of the service! The lady was pretty careless with my eyebrows, I asked for a ‘tidy up’ and walked away with eyebrows that were uneven and changed completely in shape.when i made a comment, the lady did not offer any adjustments in price/service which was disappointing.

11th Jan 2022,9AM appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early, and until approximately 9: 20 the store was still closed, before a lady came to open the store. She was extremely abrupt, blamed traffic and made no effort to apologise for the delay. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend to visit this store.

A discount of $10 was provided after asking twice. Once this review was posted however, I was called 3 times before answering, just to be asked to come into store and return the $10. What an embarrassment.

I was disgusted by their terrible service! I booked a wax appointment by phone. Just before my appointed time I received a call saying they do not wax men for that day. They should have told me that on the phone or listed it on their website. Then they had the audacity to send a booking cancellation email stating 'as per your request your booking is now cancelled'. If you are a male do not try and use this business! Gender prejudiced AND incompetent workers with no care for service or courtesy.

The two times I have visited, the staff did not wash or sanitise their hands between customers. Most recently, the staff member had a runny nose which I saw her wipe with a tissue, and then did not wash or sanitise her hands before treating me. Very concerning hygiene standards especially in the middle of a pandemic.

I had incredibly amazing eyebrow threading done by their expert staff member Avneet at their new Burwood Brickworks outlet. I have been threading them over the last 11 years and have had a mix bad experiences and good ones too. This one has been by far the best. Their excellent customer service is a huge positive as well. Although the usual spot I go to costs me $5 less and is further away from home, I think the comparatively higher quality of service and the results by Maxicare are well worth the price. The staff are efficient while being very polite and patient as well. I did not feel rushed at all and they were willing to listen to my preferences with how I like my eyebrows done too. Loved it! Definitely recommend their services! This will be my 'go to' spot to do my eyebrows from now on. Thanks for doing such an awesome job and being so lovely, you guys. Keep up the great work (:
