I was a bit sceptical before my visit (as probably befits my age and background) After all, a General Practitioner had been of almost no help. Raymond identified the possible cause of my pain - not what I had identified - and set to work. You'll need some fortitude, and a positive outlook, but remember what brought you here. After the first visit, I immediately felt benefit (was also intrigued by the experience), and more benefits flowed in the following week. A second session, with homework exercises, has left me in vastly improved form.

I was feeling pain in my knee when I was walking downhill during hikes. It was a big problem for me as I like hiking a lot. After two sessions with Raymond the pain is gone! (it turned up that the knee was fine, the problem was with the upper leg).
Raymond is outstanding specialist

After a Nuerosurgeon told me I needed spinal fusion in my neck, Raymond was able to identify bursitis in my shoulder and provided full relief with three treatments. He is now my go to for any strains and sprains injuries.

Raymond is great, honest and knows how to help you, I was recommended to see Raymond three years ago for some lower back pain. He has sorted that out and now I only visit him when something new crops up. We all wear out and Raymond keeps me running.

I have to be frank.when I first went to see Raymond in the midst of a crippling and frightening reoccurrence of my chronic back issue a year ago I was deeply dubious. But he’d been recommended by two respected friends and I was quite frankly desperate and an ambulance ride/night in hospital had done little but provided some psychological relief and strong pain killers. Raymond fitted me in at the end of his day and that’s when things got interesting! I nearly walked out twice. I thought he was going to put me back in hospital. He was insisting that I try very hard to bend and deep squat and I was terrified and unable to. But later I understood what he was doing and why.he gave me both hands and acupuncture treatment and 90 mins later I left with instructions to see no other therapist for 7 days, do the bend/squat/hold exercises several times a day holding for 3-5 minutes.and to return on the 7th day. I left thinking there’s no way I was going back.
But I got home and realised I was feeling a tiny bit better.
I forced myself to try the exercise.it wasn’t very successful but I slept better and I woke the next morning moving better. And the stretch squat was a little easier.and so the day and the exercise progressed until by the time 7 days passed I barely needed to see him at all but did and we laughed together as I admitted my first impressions. Raymond has since fixed an old shoulder injury in one session that others had stuffed around with for a year. Same deal. Went in unable to lift my arm. Left feeling like it wasn’t much better. Did the exercises. Next morning 80% better. Kept doing the stretches til 100% better. Zero pain. Full
ROM. Within a few days.

He is no BS. He is to the point and direct. Don’t expect to have your hand held. This man knows his %^%^

Don’t expect a fancy consult room or any other stuff. Go if you want to get better and are ready to take responsibility for your own attitude to your pain/injury.and for the exercises that MUST be done.

Raymond says it’s not him or any other practitioner who fixes our issues, he sets it up so we can. Ultimately it’s up to us.

So if you’re serious about your recovery. Go.

Raymond (real name Qing Jiu) is, in one word, AMAZING! He is THE REAL DEAL. He has helped me, and my wife, for a few years now. I often suggest friends and family to Raymond. He is one of a kind. I am so grateful that I found him.

My 22 year old daughter has suffered migraine since she was about 12 years old. Nothing had worked. (on average 2 per week)
Two sessions with Ray - she has had best nights sleep she can remember & not a migraine.

Thanks to Raymond I was able to avoid back surgery. Certainly the first five treatments were incredibly painful - my body was in a bad way. As it healed the pain of treatment eased. I found Raymond to be skilful, knowledgeable and generous with his knowledge and time.

I do not doubt that Raymond is a very skilled acupuncturist however I found the experience at the time incredibly painful and this pain continued for the next four days I also felt that he made an instant decision about the probable causes of my foot pain and was not at all consultative and there was minimal explanation of his approach or interventions thus I made a decision not to proceed with any further treatments
