I have been seeing Lee for many years now (was recommended by a friend). I highly recommend Lee for a remedial massage. He is very knowledgeable and always knows where the sore spots are.

Had a massage last weekend, using a voucher that I got for my birthday. Was so disappointed. Have normally had an excellent experience with both massage and acupuncture. The massage therapist I had talked me into an oil massage which I said I didn’t want. She put oil all through my hair and massaged at a very firm pressure, which I had to keep telling her I wasn’t enjoying. She didn’t listen to what I wanted and was determined to keep using the technique she wanted to use. I walked out feeling more stressed than when I went in!

Tried to give clear instructions that all I wanted was a massage on my left side especially my arm, throughout the massage I said at least 5 times please do my arm. After my time was up and my arm was not touched the manager said sorry she doesn’t understand in one ear and out the other she doesn’t understand instructions! Not only did I point to my arm multiple times I asked multiple times and she kept saying yep! Do not recommend and will not return!

They did not accept my private health cover because I mentioned it after the massage whilst going to pay.
The massage was 10 minutes short of what I paid for. Barely 50 minutes supposed to be an hour.
The massage itself was average.
Lack of communication on their end, rushed me in without properly understanding what I was after.

I regularly come to see Min and feel totally taken care of. If I have a specific problem area she makes sure to concentrate not just on that area but also anything that may be causing referred pain. She goes above and beyond to provide the best service and experience - not to mention great results! She is the reason I keep coming back.

Generally doing a great Job. However I noticed over time that there time limits not being set well.
Ex: in 40 minutes massage you get less 10mins approximately.

Makoto was very professional, he was patient, gentle yet firm in remedial/deep tissue massage. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Visited today. Staff were polite and attentive. Pressure was spot-on. Only downside was (one of the staff's) kid was watching videos on a device at volume, and where it was taken off her, she was jumping on the furniture and interrupting other staff as well as customers.
There was also a Ahpra registration certificate that had an expiry date of 30/11.
I'll be back, probably not on the weekend though

Terrible whole body massage. Staff seemed inexperienced. It was an hour of painful elbow jabbing and finger poking and tendon plucking he asked what spots were specifically tight but then paid them little to no attention. Won’t be back

The place ia gross for magnesium spa, 3 weeks later, I still have problem with my ear and today doc said its fungus. Yay, just what i needed. The massage was poor, the guy felt like he had no idea what to do (my husband does the same haha) so overall, definitely waste of money.

Had a massage from Lee today and he is absolutely amazing, he is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. I highly recommend Lee at luxe therapy

Great massage, offer flotation. If you pick a qualified massage person you can claim on your private health.

I had a back, shoulder and neck massage for 45 minutes@$60.
It was very good and certainly helped loosen up my muscles, highly recommend.

Came out of lockdown stiff and the opposite of relaxed. Thea skillfully targeted my stiff muscles and nerves. I feel taller and brighter, thanks to you!

Generally really good. Therapists are great. The only thing that lets this place down is the shop. It feels cramped and there is sometimes too much noise from the shopping centre. Having said that, this is my go-to for remedial massage.

Wish I could remember the name of the person who gave me the massage because it was very good. One hour, oil massage to grind out some knots in my lower back. After ten minutes of relaxation and warming up my muscles, the work began. I was asked every now and again about the pressure to make sure it wasn't too hard, but for me, the harder the better.
The room was very private and was able to put my personal items in a basket while I had the massage. I was cleaned down after with a warm towel and offered water when I left.
I will return.

Worst massage ever. Absolutely shocking. My wife paid $55 for a remedial massage (30min).

Lazy massage with no effort and massaged her legs and butt even after repeatedly asking him just to do her back and neck.

Do not go here whether you’re a man or women.

Terrific Massage. Had Maya at Forrest Hill location this morning. Booked in for a oil back massage with traditional cupping. I was worried she wouldn't be able to provide a strong enough massage but I was happily surprised. Very knowledgeable, friendly and polite! I now intend on booking my wife in for a massage as well with her. Also as a general feel for the place, it's busy but I felt very welcome and comfortable. The other staff seem pleasant as well and well mannered. Will definitely be back!
