This was a great place as always. We arrived around 7pm and found a table, and within 30 seconds, someone took a drink order. The food was reasonably priced and was way better than you would expect for the price. We had a great time.

Extraordinary restaurant in the cbd! My suggestion is definitely the mushroom pizza! The sauce was amazingly prepared with garlic and truffle. Don't forget to ask for the chili oil!
Chicken burger and Diavola pizza are also nice. Garden salad was again one of my favorite options. It seems that the sauce and the vegetables are freshly prepared. And for the drinks, Strawberry and lychee mojito was a perfect choice to freshen up!
One of the memorable restaurants that I've been with my family here in Melbourne!

Had pizza here was decent but the waiter removed our plates while i was still eating. That’s a big No-Go. Felt not welcomed and pressured to eat/leave quickly. Looked like he wanted to get rid of us even tho there were some unoccupied tables. Better elsewhere. Not recommended!

Food never disappoints here, 3 stars cause of a French waiter a bit too rude for no reason. Unfortunately I speak French since it’s also my country.

My partner and I were wandering through the city looking for somewhere to eat before seeing a show.
We stumbled upon this laneway and Max seemed to be a very popular choice amongst others.
After having a look at the menu out the front we decided to eat here, the menu and we were promptly seated by the polite and friendly staff.
We chose to sit outside in the laneway as it was a lovely night and the laneway had plenty of character.

Food tasted great, good portions and came out very quickly, which was unexpected seeing as how busy they were.
Once we received the bill we were suprised at the cost, expecting it to be substantially more.
Will definately return.

Had the Beef Brisket Lasagne. Best thing I’ve ever tasted. Service was quick and immaculate. Great vibes, pretty loud but could still hear each other speak. Melt in your mouth Gnocchi. What else is there to say. The people giving this place less than 5 stars either have rocks in their heads or absolutely 0 taste buds. Get here!

Exceptional service and food. Great value for money. Food was very quick and absolutely delicious. The Team there was very friendly, definitely worth checking out.

Check your bill before you pay. They like slyly adding extra $$ onto the bill.

Decided to have my birthday (after) lunch here.

Food: paella was fantastic, calamari was a bit too big that we just got tired of it, we hoped the pasta was more al dente.

Service: may improve. I did not appreciate being profiled based on the language I spoke with my friend. We let it pass by not responding to the waitstaff who was guessing the language we were using, but then he further insisted. Choose your audience, mate. Further to this, when they brought our dish, another person, perhaps the owner cheerfully shouted a non-English word to us as if to really fish for info on where we are from.

There are better places for same price and same quality of food.

Such a romantic date spot! I like grabbing a table outside to catch live music in the lane. Plenty of vegan options including pasta, pizza, and other dishes. They use the good quality non-dairy cheese too. Wait staff are always lovely.

Came here for a family dinner on a Sunday with one of us being gluten intolerant. The staff were very helpful in providing the ingredient list to ensure the certain things she is allergic too weren't used. Very good service, friendly staff and the food was delicious. Everything is made from scratch and it definitely tastes better because of that.

Amazing service. Very kind, quick and tasty food. Personally got the carbonara pasta and meat lovers pizza. Both meals were amazing. Would recommend.

Lovely meals, friendly atmosphere and great service.
Also offer mocktails for young teens. Not many places do that. Good job.

I enjoyed it. The service was quick when we arrived at 2.45 pm. It was really good. Our dirty plates were taken away so quickly.

Everytime I come here there is always a spot at the restraunt with service from multiple staff at all times. Food and drinks come out with very little wait time and the ability to so easily split bills has made it an easily recommended place for very large groups. Highly recommended.

Tasty food, nice ambience and staffs are also helpful. Good for large groups with 25-30 members also.
