They actually listen to me! Kelsey was my case a manager and she is the first person in years to not treat me like a number. She genuinely cares about where I’m going and is helping me get there. She listens, and helps me formulate solutions to my issues. She is always happy and chirpy and I would recommend 10000000/10 ask for Kelsey! She helped me get a job, and stay in that job through corona

I have called on multiple occassions to seek help with website and logging on. I use the call back service or even on hold till closing time. I have not once received a call back and the only time I get help is when my job agent calls me. But my job agent has been late to all my appointments.

Response: I have attempted to call at least 4 times for call backs and all i have received is an email saying below.
None of the options helped. I have decided to change providers. You have time to respond to a review but do not have time for a phone call.

Thanks for the Tips! There was a great team effort from Jess, Kelsey, Nicky and Kellie that helped ME find my own job and pass MY interviews. The girls were great to work with, understanding of my situation - 2 thumbs up totally appreciate them
