Ever since I met Amy Liu, my life has changed. She goes above and beyond to ensure you get what you deserve and tries her hardest for you. She even checks in on you after she's finished just to make sure everything is OK.

Have always had a good experience here for the past year until today. I have called to Max employment Sunshine. Didn’t disclose their name when they picked up. Was helping me with my situation but replying very blunt ‘Alicia will get back to you bye’ before I even got to finish to say what I needed to get done. Was being passive aggressive as well. And when she was looking up for my file didn’t call me by my name once even though I told her at the start of the phone call and just refferred me with the CRN number.
How do people like this get the job at max employment? People like her are clearly ungrateful of their job here at Max.

My dad came over to MAX from another provider and within 2 weeks his consultant got him a full time job and my dad is 58 years old. First day he came in to sign up she already got his resume done. Dad wanted me to say thank you to his consultant for working so hard on getting him a job at his age. Dad is now working full time, off Centrelink and could not be any happier. Thank you Hollyn for your hard work and having faith in my dad.

Tracy is a terrible consultant. She gives her client so much grief due to her failure to follow simple instructions. She does not take responsibility for her errors and creates excuses to cover for herself. Tracy does not know her clients well and never fails to deliver poor customer service.

Furthermore, she is extremely rude and has a poor attitude during all our interactions. The client that she works with does not speak English, yet she claimed to have 'clearly communicated everything' with her.

A request for another consultant has been placed weeks ago but we have yet to receive an update.

Depending on who you get as a caseworker they are generally unprofessional and judgemental without really getting to know you as person. Some of them automatically expect you to know a computer properly even though though you left school in the 80s and internet
and there were no computers then. Anyway im so glad i don't have to put uo with them anymore.

Since changing over to Tracy at max Sunshine I've had two yes two jobs that she has got me and I'm currently still attending one and she's working with me to find full-time work. Before I was just going into the the office just to sit on the computer and go no were so big thank you to Tracy i hope we can continue to work with each other till I reach my goals

Shoutout to Andrew, he's great and trying to help. Nobody else seems to care about anyone though, as another review said, just names to numbers.

My worker is literally useless, she leaves me waiting for 20 minutes for my appointment while she sits at her desk and Ive lost two decimal points due to her not doing her job properly

Very useless and hopeless staff. As far as they care you are names against account numbers. Don’t let them fool you with flashy offices and call centres. At the end of the day Unemployment is a big issue in this country and Organisation like this are only there to dial it down by creating buffers and false promises! You better off finding work through networking and personal endeavours!

Rebecca is super cool and very helpful! So is melanie amy barbara and roger these stars are only for them.i greatly appreciate just dealing with them in general very respectfull and great at there jobs!

Everyone there has the best intentions, but intentions, expectations and reality don't always match. Some areas leave a bit to be desired, but further improvement and understanding of Clients' needs would go a long way.

Need a no star option! Staff is rude, mean and obnoxious! Level of service is appalling! Avoid any dealings with this group to save yourself the unnecessary stress and frustration!

Disgusting to see how people can go on here and lie about the service at max. I think all the ladies there are lovely and helfu. I’m sure they did not make you cry Bridie Evans because the manager would address that straight away like any other places. Please don’t do bad things and lie about a review like that. It probably didnt go your way and yoy write a bad review.

HORRIBLE! They never see you at your appointment time and make you wait 20-30 minutes over your appointment time just to tell you to “fix” your resume. Once you have “fixed” the resume, they lady is not happy with it therefore you spend half of your day sitting there trying to work it out with no explanation from them. Very rude staff members who treat you very poorly never go here!
